【摘要】：高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育,它其實(shí)就是我國的高等教育發(fā)展過程當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)的一類特殊事物,因?yàn)樗葘儆诟叩冉逃?同時(shí)又屬于職業(yè)教育的范疇。二十世紀(jì)九十年代以來,我國的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育蓬勃興起,實(shí)現(xiàn)了持續(xù)較快發(fā)展,它直接為我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)等的科學(xué)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)了一大批應(yīng)用型、實(shí)踐型的科學(xué)技術(shù)人才。截止到2012年末,全國具有高等學(xué)歷教育招生資格的高職院校共有1228所,其中山西省有46所。但由于當(dāng)前世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化、文化傳播的多元化以及市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的負(fù)面作用影響,尤其是當(dāng)前我國社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的各種負(fù)面因素,直接對(duì)當(dāng)前的高職院校學(xué)生的道德觀念帶來了巨大沖擊,嚴(yán)重影響了當(dāng)代高職院校學(xué)生的健康成長、成才。 長期以來,我國的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育片面注重對(duì)高職院校學(xué)生進(jìn)行科技文化知識(shí)的灌輸和專業(yè)技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)技能的強(qiáng)化,而忽略了對(duì)高職院校學(xué)生的道德水平、心理素質(zhì)、人文精神等各方面的教育。這也在很大程度上影響了高職院校學(xué)生們的健康發(fā)展,直接導(dǎo)致了我國當(dāng)代的高職院校學(xué)生們?cè)诘赖抡J(rèn)知和道德行為實(shí)踐上產(chǎn)生了一定程度的失范現(xiàn)象。較為全面、系統(tǒng)地來分析當(dāng)前我國高職院校學(xué)生們的道德教育現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其存在的各種問題進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致地研究,找出問題的真正原因,進(jìn)而努力探尋解決問題的途徑,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上,切實(shí)地加強(qiáng)高職院校學(xué)生們的道德教育,努力促進(jìn)高職院校學(xué)生們的健康成長,使其最終成為我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的高級(jí)技術(shù)人才,可以說具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,這就成為了我國高職院校道德教育的一項(xiàng)十分重要的課題。對(duì)這一課題的相關(guān)研究,將更加有助于我國高職院校道德教育的順利開展,能夠取得切切實(shí)實(shí)的育人成效,從而也會(huì)在一定程度上繼續(xù)不斷豐富道德教育理論。本論文從這一指導(dǎo)思想出發(fā),通過借助文獻(xiàn)檢索查閱的方式方法,結(jié)合對(duì)山西省內(nèi)包括山西財(cái)政稅務(wù)�？茖W(xué)校、山西旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院、太原大學(xué)、晉中師范高等�？茖W(xué)校、山西輕工職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、山西警官高等�？茖W(xué)校、太原城市職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、太原高等電力�？茖W(xué)校、山西職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院等在內(nèi)的多所高職院校的部分高職院校學(xué)生進(jìn)行的道德教育現(xiàn)狀的問卷調(diào)查及實(shí)地訪談、訪問,立足于山西省內(nèi)多所高職院校學(xué)生的道德現(xiàn)狀及道德教育實(shí)際,力圖尋找到能夠切實(shí)加強(qiáng)高職院校學(xué)生道德教育的更為有效、更加科學(xué)的路徑,從而能夠進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)我省高職院校道德教育的科學(xué)性和實(shí)效性。為當(dāng)前我國全面建成小康社會(huì)及努力構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)奠定扎實(shí)的人才基礎(chǔ),而且這會(huì)對(duì)我國建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化必將起到更為積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational and technical education, in fact, is a kind of special thing in the course of the development of higher education in our country, because it belongs to the category of higher education and vocational education at the same time. Since the 1990s, China's higher vocational and technical education has flourished and achieved a sustained and rapid development. It has directly cultivated a large number of applied types for the scientific development of our economy, politics, culture, society, and so on. Practical talents in science and technology. By the end of 2012, there were 1228 higher vocational colleges with higher education qualifications, of which 46 were in Shanxi province. For a long time, China's higher vocational and technical education has paid one-sided attention to inculcating scientific and cultural knowledge and specialized technology and strengthening production skills to the students of higher vocational colleges, while neglecting the moral level and psychological quality of students in higher vocational colleges. Humanistic spirit and other aspects of education. To a great extent, this has affected the healthy development of students in higher vocational colleges, and has directly led to a certain degree of anomie in the practice of moral cognition and moral behavior among the students of higher vocational colleges in our country. The present situation of moral education of students in higher vocational colleges in our country is analyzed in a comprehensive and systematic way, and the various problems existing in them are deeply and meticulously studied to find out the real causes of the problems, and then try to find out the ways to solve the problems. On the basis of this, we should strengthen the moral education of the students in higher vocational colleges, make great efforts to promote the healthy growth of the students in higher vocational colleges and make them become the advanced technical talents in the social and economic development of our country. It can be said that it has very important practical significance, which has become a very important subject of moral education in higher vocational colleges. The related research on this subject will be more conducive to the smooth development of moral education in higher vocational colleges in China, can achieve practical results of education, and thus will continue to enrich the theory of moral education to a certain extent. Starting from this guiding ideology, this paper combines the methods of consulting with the help of literature, including Shanxi Finance and Taxation College, Shanxi Tourism Vocational College, Taiyuan University, Jinzhong Teachers College. Shanxi Light Industry Vocational and Technical College, Shanxi Police officers College, Taiyuan City Vocational and Technical College, Taiyuan Electric Power College, The current situation of moral education conducted by some students in many vocational colleges, including Shanxi Vocational and Technical College, is investigated by questionnaires and field interviews. Based on the moral status quo and moral education practice of the students in many higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province, this paper tries to find a more effective and scientific way to strengthen the moral education of the students in higher vocational colleges. In order to further enhance the scientific nature and effectiveness of moral education in higher vocational colleges in our province. It will lay a solid talent foundation for our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way and strive to build a harmonious socialist society at present, and this will certainly play a more positive role in building socialist modernization in our country.
