開發(fā)中職專業(yè)技能課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基本問題分析

【摘要】:開發(fā)中等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)技能課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),需要有鮮明的專業(yè)技能課程觀,厘清專業(yè)技能課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的原點(diǎn)、課程內(nèi)容的來源、主體性要素和文本要素等一些基本問題;"生存與發(fā)展"課程觀,專業(yè)技能課程必須采用課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。專業(yè)技能課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的原點(diǎn)是職業(yè)群,而不是《國家職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。課程內(nèi)容與要求來源于崗位職業(yè)能力,必須組織相應(yīng)專家進(jìn)行崗位職業(yè)能力分析。課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的使用、開發(fā)、組織開發(fā)與頒布者是課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主體性要素。專業(yè)技能課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),必須由職業(yè)崗位專家、中職專業(yè)課骨干教師、職教課程專家按規(guī)范流程開發(fā),而不是"主觀預(yù)估+借鑒+經(jīng)驗(yàn)"的產(chǎn)物。課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文本要素包括課程的性質(zhì)、設(shè)計(jì)思路、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容與要求、實(shí)施建議等。
[Abstract]:In order to develop the curriculum standard of professional skills in secondary vocational education, we need to have a clear view of the curriculum of professional skills, clarify the origin of curriculum standards of professional skills, the source of curriculum content, the main elements and text elements, and so on. Based on the "Survival and Development" curriculum concept, professional skills curriculum must adopt curriculum standards. The origin of professional skills curriculum standards is occupational groups, not the National Vocational Standards. The contents and requirements of the course are derived from the post professional ability, and the corresponding experts must be organized to carry out the post professional competence analysis. The use, development, organization development and promulgation of curriculum standards are the main elements of curriculum standards. The professional skill curriculum standard must be developed by the professional post experts, the professional course backbone teachers and the vocational education curriculum experts according to the standard process, rather than the product of "subjective prediction and reference experience". The text elements of the curriculum standard include the nature of the curriculum, design ideas, learning objectives, content and requirements, implementation suggestions, and so on.
