校企合作背景下的高職校園文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】：高等教育大眾化的發(fā)展以及經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對高素質(zhì)技能人才的需求讓高等教育的發(fā)展受到重視。從世界職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展歷程來看,各國的職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展都經(jīng)過了不斷摸索的過程,而最終總結(jié)了職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的有效途徑——產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合、校企合作。是否進行校企合作,以何種方式開展校企合作關(guān)系到高職院校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。目前,我國已經(jīng)有不少高職院校與企業(yè)開展了校企合作,而校園文化建設(shè)作為高職院校建設(shè)中不可缺少的環(huán)節(jié),其發(fā)展也日益成為眾多學(xué)者關(guān)注的對象。關(guān)于校企合作和校園文化建設(shè)的研究受到了學(xué)者的關(guān)注,可是對于校企合作背景下的高職校園文化建設(shè)的研究卻比較少。不少高職院校對校園文化建設(shè)認識不到位,體現(xiàn)不出高職特色。本文試圖通過分析校企合作背景下高職校園文化建設(shè)的重要性及高職校園文化建設(shè)中存在的問題、原因分析,提出解決的對策和措施保障,希望能為高職院校的辦學(xué)思路提供借鑒,對于培養(yǎng)高職需要的人才也具有指導(dǎo)意義,同時有利于豐富和完善高等職業(yè)教育理論從而為高職院校的校園文化建設(shè)和校企合作提供更好的理論指導(dǎo)。 本文除導(dǎo)論外分為四部分。導(dǎo)論主要闡述了本文的研究背景與意義,國內(nèi)外校園文化建設(shè)的研究現(xiàn)狀,最后說明了本文的研究思路與方法。第一部分為介紹校企合作背景下高職校園文化建設(shè)的重要性。第二部分為校企合作背景下高職校園文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的特色與優(yōu)勢,及存在的問題與原因分析。第三部分是堅持校企合作背景下高職校園文化建設(shè)的先進性、整體性、準確性、創(chuàng)新性、主體性原則等基本原則。第四部分為校企合作背景下高職校園文化建設(shè)對策,從兩個方面來談,一是不斷豐富校園文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)容,包括精神文化、物質(zhì)文化、制度文化、行為文化；二是完善校企合作背景下高職校園文化建設(shè)的保障措施,包括思想保障、組織保障、專家保障、制度保障、資金保障和理論指導(dǎo)等。 希望通過本文的分析研究,能夠了解當前高職院校與企業(yè)實行校企合作的背景下高職院校的校園文化建設(shè)應(yīng)該如何發(fā)展,對高職院校未來的發(fā)展及人才培養(yǎng)有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,從而為國家和社會培養(yǎng)出更適合、優(yōu)秀的技能型人才
[Abstract]:The development of the popularization of higher education and the demand of economic development for high quality and skilled personnel make the development of higher education receive more attention. From the perspective of the development of vocational education in the world, the development of vocational education in various countries has gone through a process of continuous exploration, and finally summed up the effective way of the development of vocational education-the combination of production, learning and research, the cooperation of schools and enterprises. Whether or not to cooperate with schools and enterprises, and how to carry out cooperation between schools and enterprises is related to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. At present, there are many higher vocational colleges and enterprises in our country have carried out school-enterprise cooperation, and campus culture construction as an indispensable link in the construction of higher vocational colleges, its development has increasingly become the object of attention by many scholars. The research on the cooperation between school and enterprise and the construction of campus culture has attracted the attention of scholars, but the research on the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges under the background of cooperation between school and enterprise is less. Many higher vocational colleges do not know enough about campus culture construction and can not embody the characteristics of higher vocational education. This paper attempts to analyze the importance of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges under the background of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the problems and reasons existing in the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures and measures to ensure the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for the thinking of running a higher vocational college, and it is also of guiding significance for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education. At the same time, it is beneficial to enrich and perfect the theory of higher vocational education so as to provide better theoretical guidance for the construction of campus culture and cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into four parts. The introduction mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper, the current situation of campus culture construction at home and abroad, and finally explains the research ideas and methods of this paper. The first part introduces the importance of campus culture construction under the background of school-enterprise cooperation. The second part is the characteristics and advantages of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges under the background of cooperation between schools and enterprises, as well as the existing problems and reasons. The third part is to adhere to the basic principles of advancement, integrity, accuracy, innovation and subjectivity in the construction of campus culture under the background of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The fourth part is the countermeasures of campus culture construction under the background of cooperation between school and enterprise. The first part is to enrich the content of campus culture construction, including spiritual culture, material culture, system culture and behavior culture. The second is to perfect the safeguard measures of campus culture construction under the background of cooperation between school and enterprise, including ideological guarantee, organization guarantee, expert guarantee, system guarantee, fund guarantee and theoretical guidance, etc. It is hoped that through the analysis and research in this paper, we can understand how to develop the campus culture construction of higher vocational colleges under the background of carrying out the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, which has certain guiding significance for the future development of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of talents. So as to cultivate more suitable and excellent skilled talents for the country and society.
