【摘要】：縣級職教中心是我國中等職業(yè)教育的重要組成部分,是我國農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的中堅力量。其健康快速發(fā)展對我國進行全方位農(nóng)村建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)新型現(xiàn)代化職業(yè)農(nóng)民能起到積極的促進作用。近些年來,我國各縣級職教中心的發(fā)展引起社會和教育部門越來越高的重視。學(xué)校規(guī)模逐漸擴大,能促進職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新專業(yè)在不斷開拓,畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)路徑逐漸延伸,縣級職教中心教育特色在慢慢形成。在此基礎(chǔ)上,如何從硬件設(shè)施上對縣級職教中心提供支撐就成為一個重要問題。實訓(xùn)基地作為職業(yè)院校重要的硬件支撐,對培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實踐能力,促進職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展起到至關(guān)重要的作用。它能將前沿的科學(xué)技術(shù)與生產(chǎn)實踐相結(jié)合,為培養(yǎng)各類技術(shù)人才提供強有力的支持。在職業(yè)教育被廣受關(guān)注以來,雖然縣級職教中心實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)在社會各界的努力下較以往取得了階段性成果,但就目前迫切需要提高職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量和積極建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村的大背景下,實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)情況依舊不能跟上高技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)的需要。因此,加強縣級職教中心實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)勢在必行,對其研究也具有重要的意義。首先,筆者探討了本研究的背景和意義,界定了縣級職教中心、實訓(xùn)、實訓(xùn)基地相關(guān)概念,對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于職業(yè)教育實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)研究的已有成果進行了分析和闡述。然后,介紹了縣級職教中心實訓(xùn)基地的功能、類型及建設(shè)的重要意義。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選取石家莊部分縣級職教中心進行調(diào)研。在調(diào)研中,分別對這些學(xué)校的校長進行訪談?wù){(diào)查,對專業(yè)課教師及學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查,深入了解了當前縣級職教中心實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,剖析了存在的問題及問題背后的原因。最后,針對縣級職教中心實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)中存在的問題,從政府發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用,積極推進實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)；進一步加大實訓(xùn)基地資金投入,科學(xué)合理利用資金；深入開展校企合作,杜絕合作的形式化和表面化；提高實訓(xùn)設(shè)備儀器的使用率,提升學(xué)生的實踐能力；完善師資隊伍建設(shè),加強教師職業(yè)技能；多渠道建設(shè)功能強大多樣的實訓(xùn)基地,使實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)邁向“綜合型”這六大方面提出了建議和對策。
[Abstract]:County-level vocational education center is an important part of secondary vocational education and the backbone of rural vocational education in China. Its healthy and rapid development can play a positive role in the construction of all-round rural areas and the cultivation of new modern professional farmers. In recent years, the development of vocational education centers at county level has attracted more and more attention from social and educational departments. The scale of the school is gradually expanding, the innovative specialty that can promote the development of vocational education is constantly developing, the employment path of the graduates is gradually extended, and the educational characteristics of the vocational education center at the county level are gradually forming. On this basis, how to support the county vocational education center from the hardware facilities has become an important issue. As an important hardware support of vocational colleges, practical training base plays an important role in cultivating students' practical ability and promoting the development of vocational education. It can combine cutting-edge science and technology with production practice and provide strong support for training all kinds of technical talents. Since vocational education has received wide attention, although the construction of the training base of the county vocational education center has achieved a phased result compared with the past, with the efforts of all walks of life in the society, However, under the background of the urgent need to improve the quality of vocational education and actively build a new socialist countryside, the construction of practical training bases is still unable to keep up with the needs of the cultivation of high-tech talents. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the construction of training base of county vocational education center, and it is of great significance to study it. First of all, the author discusses the background and significance of this study, defines the county vocational education center, training base related concepts, and domestic and foreign research on vocational education training base construction has been analyzed and expounded. Then, it introduces the function, type and significance of the training base of county vocational education center. On this basis, Shijiazhuang selected part of the county level vocational education center for investigation. In the investigation, the principals of these schools were interviewed, and the teachers and students of the specialized classes were investigated, and the current situation of the training base construction of the vocational education centers at the county level was deeply understood. The existing problems and the reasons behind the problems are analyzed. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the construction of the training base of the vocational education center at the county level, the government should play a leading role in actively promoting the construction of the training base; further increase the investment in the training base and make use of the funds scientifically and rationally; and carry out the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in depth. To put an end to the formalization and surface of cooperation; to improve the utilization rate of practical training equipment and instruments, to enhance students' practical ability; to improve the construction of teachers' ranks and strengthen teachers' vocational skills; to build a powerful and diverse training base through multiple channels; This paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of practical training base in the six aspects of "comprehensive type".
