【摘要】：中國(guó)素以“禮儀之邦”著稱于世,講“禮”重“儀”是中華民族世代相傳的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。禮儀是人們?cè)谏鐣?huì)交往中共同遵守的行為準(zhǔn)則和規(guī)范,是一個(gè)國(guó)家、一個(gè)民族文明程度的重要標(biāo)志,是衡量社會(huì)公眾教養(yǎng)和道德水準(zhǔn)的尺度。高職院校作為高等教育的重要組成部分,擔(dān)負(fù)著為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才的重要使命。教育旨在促進(jìn)人的發(fā)展,讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)認(rèn)知、學(xué)會(huì)做事、學(xué)會(huì)共處、學(xué)會(huì)生存。禮儀作為人際交往的重要行為規(guī)范,是達(dá)成這些教育目標(biāo)的重要途徑。禮儀素質(zhì)同時(shí)也是高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)素質(zhì)的重要組成部分。高職學(xué)院應(yīng)架起與家庭、社會(huì)共同教育的橋梁,及時(shí)認(rèn)清高職學(xué)生禮儀現(xiàn)狀,著重從高職院校價(jià)值取向、高職院校教師和高職院校學(xué)生三方面分析現(xiàn)狀成因,深入探討禮儀教育對(duì)策,不斷塑造高職學(xué)生良好的職業(yè)形象,提高高職學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:China is famous for its "state of courtesy", and it is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation to speak of "propriety" and "respect". Etiquette is the code of conduct and norm that people abide by in the social communication. It is an important symbol of the civilization degree of a nation and a nation. It is also a measure of public education and moral standard. As an important part of higher education, higher vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of cultivating outstanding talents for the society. Education aims to promote human development, to enable students to learn to understand, learn to do things, learn to live together, learn to survive. Etiquette, as an important norm of interpersonal communication, is an important way to achieve these educational goals. Etiquette quality is also an important part of vocational college students' professional quality. Higher vocational colleges should build up a bridge of education with family and society, recognize the status quo of students' etiquette in time, and analyze the causes of the present situation from three aspects: the value orientation of higher vocational colleges, teachers and students of higher vocational colleges. This paper probes into the countermeasures of etiquette education, constantly molds the good professional image of higher vocational students, and improves the comprehensive quality of higher vocational students.
