【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵是"人的城鎮(zhèn)化",推進(jìn)"人的城鎮(zhèn)化"必須首先明確"人的城鎮(zhèn)化"究竟是什么人的城鎮(zhèn)化。在現(xiàn)階段,"人的城鎮(zhèn)化"所說的"人"不是泛化意義上的一切人,其主體人群是農(nóng)民工,此主體人群的城鎮(zhèn)化關(guān)鍵在職業(yè)教育,服務(wù)于"人的城鎮(zhèn)化"的職業(yè)教育路徑關(guān)鍵在建立分層分類的職業(yè)教育等八方面。
[Abstract]:The essential connotation of new urbanization is "human urbanization". To promote "human urbanization", we must first clarify who is "human urbanization". At present, the "human" in "human urbanization" is not everyone in the sense of generalization, and its main population is migrant workers. The key to urbanization of this main population is vocational education and service. The key to vocational education in "people's urbanization" is to establish eight levels, namely, hierarchical and classified vocational education.
