中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生厭學(xué)現(xiàn)象研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)教育的重要組成部分。進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)的今天,中等職業(yè)教育仍然發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。雖然當(dāng)今社會(huì)不乏高學(xué)歷人才,但大多高學(xué)歷低能力,高技能人才更是甚為匱乏。中等職業(yè)教育的目的在于培養(yǎng)具有綜合職業(yè)能力,素質(zhì)全面的,可以直接在生產(chǎn)、管理、技術(shù)和服務(wù)第一線工作的應(yīng)用型人才。目前,隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,國(guó)家對(duì)技術(shù)技能人才總量、結(jié)構(gòu)和質(zhì)量提出了新的、更高的要求。同時(shí),近些年來,職業(yè)學(xué)校由于社會(huì)歧視偏見,招生困難,生源質(zhì)量數(shù)量嚴(yán)重下滑,入學(xué)門檻一降再降,很多學(xué)校根本沒有入學(xué)要求,只要能來就收。這直接導(dǎo)致學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)的下降,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校招收的學(xué)生大多數(shù)都是底子薄、基礎(chǔ)差、綜合素質(zhì)較低的學(xué)生,厭學(xué)的現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重,使中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師無法合理有序的組織教學(xué)。這個(gè)問題如果不能解決,必然會(huì)影響職業(yè)教育教學(xué)水平,影響中職畢業(yè)生的綜合素質(zhì),進(jìn)一步影響到人才的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,甚至于影響整個(gè)社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。 本論文選擇對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生厭學(xué)的研究,以期通過對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生厭學(xué)現(xiàn)象的調(diào)查研究,深刻分析厭學(xué)的成因,并能找到解決中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生厭學(xué)的一些可行性的措施和對(duì)策,為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師的教育教學(xué)提供一些幫助,為職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展乃至社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)步的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)自己的綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of Chinese education. Entering the 21 century, secondary vocational education still plays an important role. Although there is no shortage of high-educated talents, most of them are short of high-educated and low-skilled talents. The purpose of secondary vocational education is to train applied talents with comprehensive vocational ability and comprehensive quality who can work directly in production, management, technology and service. At present, with the rapid development of our society and economy, the state has put forward new and higher requirements for the total amount, structure and quality of technical and technical talents. At the same time, in recent years, vocational schools because of social prejudice, enrollment difficulties, the quality of students declined seriously, the entrance threshold dropped again and again, many schools have no admission requirements, as long as they can come. This directly leads to a decline in the overall quality of the students. Most of the students enrolled in secondary vocational schools are students with a weak foundation and a low comprehensive quality. The phenomenon of weariness of study is relatively serious. Teachers in secondary vocational schools cannot organize teaching reasonably and orderly. If this problem can not be solved, it will inevitably affect the level of vocational education and teaching, the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational school graduates, further affect the core competitiveness of talents, and even affect the harmonious and stable development of the whole society. This paper chooses to study the students' weariness in secondary vocational schools, in order to deeply analyze the causes of weariness through the investigation and research on the phenomenon of students' weariness in secondary vocational schools. And can find some feasible measures and countermeasures to solve the students' weariness in secondary vocational schools, and provide some help for teachers' education and teaching in secondary vocational schools. Contribution to the development of vocational education and even the steady development of social harmony.
