【摘要】：1927年成立的上海職業(yè)指導所,是我國近代第一個免費向社會提供職業(yè)指導的機構(gòu)。在職業(yè)教育歷史的長河中是一顆璀璨的明珠,對中國職業(yè)指導事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到巨大的推動作用,它使得職業(yè)指導從理論轉(zhuǎn)為現(xiàn)實,具有較大的歷史研究價值和現(xiàn)實借鑒意義。在簡要介紹了上海職業(yè)指導所的歷史沿革、組織機構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,重點介紹了它所開展的職業(yè)介紹、指導談話、職業(yè)指導等工作,并從歷史的視角闡述其對職業(yè)指導事業(yè)的作用和貢獻。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Vocational guidance Institute, founded in 1927, was the first organization in modern China to provide free vocational guidance to the society. In the long history of vocational education, it is a bright pearl, which plays a great role in promoting the development of career guidance in China. It makes vocational guidance change from theory to reality, which has great historical research value and practical significance. On the basis of a brief introduction to the history and organization of the Shanghai Vocational guidance Institute, this paper focuses on its work of job introduction, guidance talk, career guidance, etc. And from the historical perspective to explain its role and contribution to career guidance.
