【摘要】：定期到企業(yè)實(shí)踐是職業(yè)院校教師提升專業(yè)技能的必要途徑。制約我國教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐的主要障礙是法律制度、工作機(jī)制、條件保障和供需矛盾,建立教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐流動站制度為突破這些瓶頸提供了一條新路子。文章對企業(yè)實(shí)踐流動站的功能定位、制度可行性和政策框架進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究分析,開展政策制度框架頂層設(shè)計(jì)和路徑規(guī)劃,旨在探討解決職業(yè)院�；蚋咝９こ填惤處熎髽I(yè)實(shí)踐、促進(jìn)校企深度合作和產(chǎn)教深度融合的制度性機(jī)制性難題。
[Abstract]:Regular practice is a necessary way for teachers in vocational colleges to improve their professional skills. The main obstacles to the practice of teacher enterprises in China are legal system, working mechanism, condition guarantee and contradiction between supply and demand. The establishment of teacher enterprise practice station system provides a new way to break through these bottlenecks. This paper makes a systematic research and analysis on the functional orientation, institutional feasibility and policy framework of the enterprise practical liquidity station, and develops the top-level design and path planning of the policy and institutional framework, in order to explore and solve the enterprise practice of engineering teachers in vocational colleges and universities. The institutional problems of promoting the deep cooperation between school and enterprise and the deep integration of industry and education.
