X市職業(yè)教育中心“雙師型”教師績效考核研究

【摘要】:隨著我國社會和經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,,教育事業(yè)也越來越受到重視,我國的中等職業(yè)教育處于不斷發(fā)展和壯大過程中,國家對中等職業(yè)教育的從事人員也就是“雙師型”教師的要求也越來越高,同時中等職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)的是面向服務(wù)行業(yè)、管理、建設(shè)、生產(chǎn)等一線高等技術(shù)人才,這不僅要求中職學(xué)校的老師具有十分扎實的理論根基,還要具有豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗。而“雙師型”教師的概念是近些年才提出的,X市職業(yè)教育中心是培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的“雙師型”教師的最優(yōu)越土壤。我國各級教育主管部門在“雙師型”教師的能力方面也提出了更加嚴(yán)厲的要求,其考核必然趨向科學(xué)化,使得考核X市職業(yè)教育中心的“雙師型”教師成為一項很重要的任務(wù)。 本文綜合運用包括國內(nèi)外文獻研究與分析、實際情況的調(diào)查與研究等各種方式方法,研究雙師型教師的績效考核問題,分析存在的主要問題,進而針對問題提出改進的方法以促進X市職業(yè)教育中心的“雙師型”教師考核體系更加科學(xué)化、制度化、規(guī)范化。通過對X職業(yè)教育中心“雙師型”教師的績效考核體系現(xiàn)狀的實地研究,分析績效考核系統(tǒng)在學(xué)校實踐中存在著考核目的不明確、忽視平時考核、考核體系不科學(xué)、考核結(jié)果沒有反饋、考核實施者不夠全面等問題。最后針對性的提出了明確績效考核目的、加強平時考核、完善績效考核指標(biāo)體系、注重績效考核結(jié)果的反饋與應(yīng)用等方面的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's society and economy, more and more attention has been paid to the cause of education, and the secondary vocational education in our country is in the process of continuous development and expansion. The state has higher and higher requirements for the personnel engaged in secondary vocational education, that is, "double-qualified" teachers. At the same time, the secondary vocational education trains front-line technical personnel for the service industry, management, construction and production. This not only requires the teachers of secondary vocational schools have very solid theoretical foundation, but also has rich practical experience. The concept of "double qualified" teacher is the most advantageous soil for cultivating excellent "double qualified" teachers. The competent departments of education at all levels in our country have also put forward more stringent requirements on the ability of "double qualified" teachers, whose examination must be scientific, which makes the examination of "double qualified" teachers in the Vocational Education Center of X City become a very important task. In this paper, we study the performance appraisal of double qualified teachers by means of literature research and analysis at home and abroad, the investigation and research of actual situation, and analyze the main problems. In order to promote the "double qualified" teacher assessment system of the vocational education center of X city to be more scientific, institutionalized and standardized, this paper puts forward some improved methods to solve the problem. Based on the field research on the present situation of the performance appraisal system of "double qualified" teachers in X Vocational Education Center, this paper analyses that the performance appraisal system is not clear in the school practice, neglects the usual examination, and the appraisal system is not scientific. There is no feedback on the results of the assessment, and the implementation of the assessment is not comprehensive enough. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as clear performance appraisal purpose, strengthening peacetime evaluation, perfecting performance appraisal index system, paying attention to feedback and application of performance appraisal results, and so on.
