基于社會心理的職普比博弈和對策建議

【摘要】:職普比是指高中階段職業(yè)教育與普通教育的結構比,或者說類別比。它的存在深受社會心理的影響和制約,構成了觀念、利益、政策、人職匹配、政府和市場的多元博弈。保持職普比大體相當,必須以觀念轉變?yōu)榍疤?體系建構為基石,利益保障為核心,自身做強為根本。
[Abstract]:The ratio of vocational education to general education in high school is the structure ratio, or category ratio. The existence of it is deeply influenced and restricted by social psychology, which constitutes the multi-game between government and market. In order to maintain the ratio of general employment, we must take the change of concept as the premise, the construction of system as the foundation stone, the protection of interests as the core, and the strengthening of oneself as the foundation.
