【摘要】：近年來,中山市委市政府深入貫徹《珠江三角洲地區(qū)改革發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》,提出了優(yōu)先發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標,這給中山旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了極佳的機會。2007年,中山市委市政府提出超常規(guī)發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,計劃未來三年投入15億把職業(yè)教育做大、做強。中山市旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展及市委市政府對職業(yè)教育的重視,不但給中等旅游職業(yè)教育的改革和發(fā)展提出了新的要求和任務,也為中山市中等旅游職業(yè)教育帶來蓬勃生機。 本文利用文獻法、調(diào)查法、訪談法等研究方法,從中山市旅游行業(yè)人力資源現(xiàn)狀及需求情況出發(fā),總結(jié)了中山市中等旅游職業(yè)教育的基本情況,分析了目前存在的問題,并從建立適應中山旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的中等旅游職業(yè)教育體系、深化課程與教學改革,增強學生為旅游業(yè)服務能力及加強中等旅游職業(yè)教育的實訓基地建設和加強專、兼職教師隊伍建設等四個方面提出了適合當前中山市中等旅游職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的對策以充分發(fā)揮其服務于中山市旅游、經(jīng)濟建設的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Zhongshan Municipal Committee and the municipal government have thoroughly implemented the outline of the PRD Reform and Development Plan, and put forward the strategic goal of giving priority to the development of the modern service industry, which provides an excellent opportunity for the development of the Zhongshan tourism industry. Zhongshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government proposed to develop vocational education over the next three years and plan to invest 1.5 billion in the next three years to make vocational education bigger and stronger. The rapid development of tourism in Zhongshan City and the attention paid by the municipal party committee and government to vocational education not only put forward new requirements and tasks for the reform and development of secondary vocational tourism education, but also brought vitality to the vocational education of secondary tourism in Zhongshan City. Based on the methods of literature, investigation and interview, this paper sums up the basic situation of secondary tourism vocational education in Zhongshan City, and analyzes the existing problems, starting from the present situation and demand of tourism industry human resources in Zhongshan City. From the aspects of establishing the secondary tourism vocational education system adapted to the development of Zhongshan tourism, deepening the curriculum and teaching reform, strengthening the students' ability to serve the tourism industry and strengthening the construction of the training base for the secondary tourism vocational education, This paper puts forward the countermeasures suitable for the development of secondary tourism vocational education in Zhongshan City in order to give full play to its role in serving the tourism and economic construction of Zhongshan City.
