【摘要】：職業(yè)教育在新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中主要扮演"培養(yǎng)者""調(diào)配者"和"分享者"三大角色。民族地區(qū)在應(yīng)對(duì)新型城鎮(zhèn)化挑戰(zhàn)時(shí),必須以地區(qū)特色為基礎(chǔ),著眼于"新型"發(fā)展要求。"培養(yǎng)者"要"向新向高"、職業(yè)導(dǎo)向要"向?qū)捪蚧?、育人目標(biāo)要"向德向全"、教學(xué)活動(dòng)要"向長(zhǎng)向特";"調(diào)配者"要在自覺(jué)性上由被動(dòng)走向主動(dòng)、在區(qū)域體中由孤立走向聯(lián)系、在發(fā)展模式上由特殊走向一般;"分享者"要尋找經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與人性自由的平衡點(diǎn),削減技能技藝性知識(shí)與學(xué)術(shù)性知識(shí)的價(jià)值差異。三大角色之間應(yīng)當(dāng)由"零和"向"正和"的角色關(guān)系邁進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Vocational education plays three main roles in the process of new urbanization: "cultivator" and "dispatcher" and "sharer". In dealing with the challenge of new-type urbanization, ethnic regions must be based on regional characteristics and focus on the "new" development requirements. " The cultivator should "move to the new and higher", the career direction should be "to the broad and active", the goal of education should be "to the whole", the teaching activities should be "to the long and special", and the "dispatcher" should move from passive to active in consciousness and from isolation to connection in the regional body. In the mode of development from special to general, the "sharer" should find the balance point between economic development and human freedom, and reduce the value difference between technical knowledge and academic knowledge. The relationship between the three roles should be changed from zero sum to positive sum.
