高等職業(yè)院校專業(yè)教師教育能力的培養(yǎng)和提高
[Abstract]:The transformation of higher vocational education service economic development mode and the construction of modern industrial system play an irreplaceable role in promoting employment, improving people's livelihood and in the historical process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The cultivation and improvement of teachers' educational ability in higher vocational colleges is an important prerequisite and guarantee to promote the sustainable development of teachers' quality in vocational colleges, and is also the key to the rapid development of higher vocational colleges and the improvement of teaching quality. Throughout the contemporary academic circles on the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges, especially on the educational ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, pay less attention to, research is very little. To a certain extent, this has affected the improvement and sustainable development of teachers' quality in higher vocational colleges and universities, and has also directly affected the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges and universities. In order to cultivate and improve the educational ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities, this paper explores the establishment and application of the model of professional teachers' educational ability in higher vocational colleges and universities. In this paper, three concepts of higher vocational colleges, professional teachers and teachers' educational ability are clearly defined by the method of literature retrieval, and the measures to cultivate and improve the educational ability are summarized. On this basis, the definition of educational ability and the model of professional teachers' educational ability in higher vocational colleges are determined by questionnaire and interview. In this process, a questionnaire is designed for professional teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. After the comprehensive analysis and summary of the questionnaire data, combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and universities, the characteristics of teachers, In particular, the characteristics of "double-qualified" teachers have determined the meaning of "educational ability" to be studied in this paper: "Educational competence" refers to the formation and expression of teachers' educational and teaching activities, which directly affect the effectiveness and quality of educational and teaching activities. It determines the summation of some abilities in the implementation and completion of educational and teaching activities "and establishes the Model of Teachers' Educational ability in higher Vocational Colleges": "the composition of teachers' educational ability in higher vocational colleges should include the ability to communicate with students and the ability to teach." Practice ability, self-perfection and development ability, scientific research and innovation ability. Then, based on this model, a case study method is used to design the questionnaire of professional teachers' educational ability in higher vocational colleges and universities, taking Zhejiang Agricultural and Commercial Vocational College as an example, and to investigate the educational ability of professional teachers in this school. Through the analysis of the data, we find that there are some problems in the educational ability of the school: the ability of all the teachers to communicate with the students is serious, the young teachers have not enough knowledge about the vocational education of their major, the old teachers are lacking in the modern teaching technology; Young teachers' practical ability is poor; professional teachers' self-improvement and development ability need to be strengthened; some teachers' scientific research ability is poor; some teachers' innovation ability is insufficient, and the causes of these problems are analyzed. The effective ways and methods to solve the problem are put forward.
