【摘要】：構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系無論對提高職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,還是豐富現(xiàn)代職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)理論都有著重要意義。文章運用文獻研究和調(diào)查研究的方法,通過對職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系研究現(xiàn)狀的綜合分析和對職業(yè)院校師生的抽樣調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前在理論上對職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系的研究不但成果少而且研究的廣度和深度都不足,科學(xué)的、公認的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系還沒有建立起來；在實踐上,大部分教師反映職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法的選擇比較困難,教學(xué)中仍然以傳統(tǒng)的講授法占據(jù)課堂的主要地位,符合職業(yè)技術(shù)教育特點的教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)方法還沒有廣泛應(yīng)用,多數(shù)學(xué)生反映教師教學(xué)方法單一,在校學(xué)習(xí)收獲不大,期望教師改革教學(xué)方法,培養(yǎng)自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。 文章以系統(tǒng)論、知識論、工作過程論、學(xué)習(xí)論和多元智能等理論為依據(jù),研究了現(xiàn)代職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系構(gòu)建的路徑、指導(dǎo)思想、依據(jù)以及現(xiàn)代職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系的結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)容和運用,提出根據(jù)職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的特點,以綜合職業(yè)能力為取向,以學(xué)生為中心為指導(dǎo)思想,以教學(xué)方法的層次理論為依據(jù),構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系。文章將現(xiàn)代職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系分為一般性教學(xué)方法和職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)兩大系統(tǒng),初步構(gòu)建了現(xiàn)代職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系,并對現(xiàn)代職業(yè)技術(shù)教育教學(xué)方法體系的保障與運用作了初步研究。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to construct the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education to improve the quality of vocational and technical education and to enrich the teaching theory of modern vocational and technical education. This paper applies the methods of literature research and investigation, through the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the research on the teaching method system of vocational and technical education and the sample investigation of the teachers and students in vocational colleges and universities. It is found that the current theoretical research on the teaching method system of vocational and technical education is not only few, but also the breadth and depth of the research are insufficient. The scientific and recognized teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education has not been established; in practice, Most teachers reflect that it is difficult to choose the teaching methods of vocational and technical education. The traditional teaching method still occupies the main position in the classroom. The teaching mode and teaching method which accord with the characteristics of vocational and technical education have not been widely used. Most students reflect that the teaching method of teachers is single and the achievements in school learning are not great. They expect teachers to reform their teaching methods and cultivate their autonomous learning ability. Based on the theories of system theory, knowledge theory, work process theory, learning theory and multiple intelligences, this paper studies the path and guiding ideology of constructing the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education. According to the structure, content and application of the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education, this paper puts forward that, according to the characteristics of vocational and technical education, the comprehensive vocational ability is the orientation and the student is the center. Based on the hierarchy theory of teaching method, the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education is constructed. In this paper, the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education is divided into two systems: general teaching method and vocational ability training, and the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education is preliminarily constructed. The guarantee and application of teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education are studied.
