【摘要】：金磚國家在當(dāng)前發(fā)展職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)的過程中,面臨著貧富差距不斷加大、技能短缺、青年失業(yè)等共同的時代挑戰(zhàn)。為應(yīng)對這些挑戰(zhàn),其他金磚國家進(jìn)行了一系列變革。其共同經(jīng)驗可為我國提供借鑒,從推進(jìn)國家資格框架的構(gòu)建、理順職業(yè)教育治理結(jié)構(gòu)、推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)回歸工作世界、完善勞動力市場信息監(jiān)測機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行改革與創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:In the process of developing vocational education and training, BRICS countries are facing the common challenges of increasing gap between the rich and the poor, skills shortage and youth unemployment. To meet these challenges, the other BRICS countries have made a series of changes. Its common experience can be used as a reference for our country, from promoting the construction of national qualification framework, straightening out the management structure of vocational education, and promoting vocational education and training to return to the world of work. Improve the labor market information monitoring mechanism and other aspects of reform and innovation.
