高職生職業(yè)適應(yīng)能力培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:文章基于對(duì)遼寧水利職業(yè)學(xué)院的個(gè)案研究,對(duì)高職學(xué)生職業(yè)適應(yīng)能力的培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討。研究結(jié)果顯示,高職學(xué)生在職業(yè)適應(yīng)能力方面對(duì)職業(yè)規(guī)劃有所認(rèn)識(shí),但職業(yè)規(guī)劃能力欠缺;對(duì)職業(yè)適應(yīng)有所了解,但適應(yīng)能力不強(qiáng)。對(duì)此,提出將職業(yè)生涯教育作為提高高職學(xué)生職業(yè)適應(yīng)能力的突破點(diǎn),將心理健康教育作為促進(jìn)高職學(xué)生職業(yè)適應(yīng)能力的助推劑,將"雙師型"師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)作為提升高職學(xué)生職業(yè)適應(yīng)能力的保障,將校企合作作為加強(qiáng)學(xué)生職業(yè)適應(yīng)能力培養(yǎng)的平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Based on the case study of Liaoning Water Conservancy Vocational College, this paper discusses the cultivation of vocational adaptability of vocational college students. The results show that vocational college students have some understanding of vocational planning in terms of vocational adaptability, but lack of vocational planning ability, and have some understanding of occupational adaptation, but not strong adaptability. In view of this, it is proposed that career education should be regarded as a breakthrough point to improve vocational adaptability of higher vocational students, and mental health education should be taken as a booster to promote vocational adaptability of vocational college students. The construction of "double-qualified" teachers is regarded as the guarantee to enhance the vocational adaptability of higher vocational students, and the cooperation between school and enterprise is taken as the platform to strengthen the cultivation of students' vocational adaptability.
