中德高職教育校企關(guān)系的比較研究

【摘要】:高等職業(yè)教育作為高等教育的重要組成部分,經(jīng)過(guò)幾十年的跨越式發(fā)展,成績(jī)顯著。高等職業(yè)教育在推進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、科技創(chuàng)新、人才強(qiáng)國(guó)的進(jìn)程中具有不可忽視的重要作用。但相對(duì)于職業(yè)教育發(fā)達(dá)的德國(guó)而言,我國(guó)的高等職業(yè)教育還存在諸多問(wèn)題。國(guó)內(nèi)的高等職業(yè)教育一直是學(xué)校主導(dǎo),政府教育部門(mén)主管,企業(yè)行業(yè)參與不足,校企雙方的合作停留于表面淺層次,學(xué)校與企業(yè)聯(lián)系不緊密,校企關(guān)系居于冷淡。本文從對(duì)比研究的視角,剖析德國(guó)“雙元制”下校企關(guān)系的優(yōu)勢(shì)與特點(diǎn),探討我國(guó)高職教育校企關(guān)系的完善路徑。論文主要包括以下五部分內(nèi)容:第一部分為緒論。在描述研究背景、意義和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)高等職業(yè)教育的校企合作關(guān)系作相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)梳理,以更好的把握這一研究領(lǐng)域的新動(dòng)態(tài)。第二部分為相關(guān)的理論概述。主要介紹社會(huì)交換理論、利益相關(guān)者理論和企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任理論,并對(duì)三種理論進(jìn)行較為詳細(xì)的闡述,為后續(xù)章節(jié)作理論鋪墊。第三部分是本文中德高等職業(yè)教育比較研究的維度確立階段。在厘清德國(guó)與我國(guó)的高等職業(yè)教育體系后,突出強(qiáng)調(diào)德國(guó)“雙元制”職業(yè)教育模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)及其特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)細(xì)化校企合作關(guān)系的概念,確立三個(gè)比較維度:人才培養(yǎng)模式、校企項(xiàng)目合作形式和政府的角色定位。第四部分是本論文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié)。將德國(guó)與我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育校企合作在三個(gè)維度方面分別對(duì)應(yīng)比較,揭示了兩者所反映的校企關(guān)系存在現(xiàn)狀,并引入訪談,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育校企合作關(guān)系中存在的問(wèn)題與不足。第五部分是基于比較研究及訪談結(jié)果分析,探討我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育校企關(guān)系的完善路徑。也即以三螺旋理論為依據(jù),構(gòu)建高職院校與企業(yè)關(guān)系的模型,借助此模型,提出完善校企關(guān)系的路徑:加強(qiáng)政府宏觀調(diào)控和政策引導(dǎo);推動(dòng)高職院校的服務(wù)能力建設(shè);鼓勵(lì)行業(yè)企業(yè)積極參與。
[Abstract]:As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education has made remarkable achievements after decades of leapfrogging development. Higher vocational education plays an important role in promoting China's economic development, scientific and technological innovation, and talent power. However, compared with Germany where vocational education is developed, there are still many problems in higher vocational education in our country. Higher vocational education in China has always been dominated by schools, the government education department supervisor, the enterprise industry participation is insufficient, the cooperation between the school and the enterprise stays at the superficial level, the school and the enterprise connection is not close, the school enterprise relations live in the cold. From the perspective of comparative research, this paper analyzes the advantages and characteristics of the relationship between schools and enterprises under the "dual system" in Germany, and probes into the perfect path of the relationship between schools and enterprises in higher vocational education in China. The thesis mainly includes the following five parts: the first part is the introduction. On the basis of describing the background, significance and methods of the research, this paper makes a literature review on the cooperative relationship between schools and enterprises in higher vocational education, in order to better grasp the new trends in this research field. The second part is a summary of relevant theories. This paper mainly introduces the theory of social exchange, stakeholder theory and corporate social responsibility theory, and elaborates the three theories in detail, which will pave the way for the following chapters. The third part is the dimensionality establishment stage of the comparative study of higher vocational education in Germany and China. After clarifying the higher vocational education system between Germany and China, the advantages and characteristics of German "dual system" vocational education model are emphasized. Through the refinement of the concept of school-enterprise cooperative relationship, three comparative dimensions are established: the talent training model, the cooperative form of school-enterprise projects and the role of the government. The fourth part is the key chapter of this paper. By comparing the three dimensions of the cooperation between German and Chinese higher vocational education schools and enterprises, this paper reveals the existing situation of the relationship between the two schools and enterprises, and introduces the interview. To find out the problems and deficiencies in the cooperative relationship between higher vocational education schools and enterprises in our country. The fifth part is based on the comparative study and the analysis of the results of interviews to explore the perfect path of the relationship between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education in China. In other words, based on the theory of triple helix, the model of the relationship between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is constructed. With the help of this model, the paths of perfecting the relationship between schools and enterprises are put forward: strengthening the macro-control and policy guidance of the government, promoting the construction of service capacity of higher vocational colleges and universities; Encourage the active participation of industry enterprises.
