廣西AA職業(yè)技術(shù)學院二級管理實施質(zhì)量的研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的進步和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,管理所起的作用越來越大。高職院校辦學水平的高低很大程度上取決于其管理水平的高低。高職院校要在激烈的職業(yè)教育競爭中占有一席之地,在快速發(fā)展的職業(yè)教育中實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,除了要有出色的教學與科研之外,還應該有個完善的管理體制和先進的管理水平。而今,很多高職院校的管理體制越來越跟不上學校規(guī)模發(fā)展的步伐,甚至產(chǎn)生了很多負面作用。因此,為了突破規(guī)模發(fā)展和內(nèi)涵建設的瓶頸,很多高職院校開始實施了二級管理體制。 本文以廣西AA職業(yè)技術(shù)學院為例,通過它實施二級管理的背景、現(xiàn)狀,分析其二級管理改革中存在的管理體制不健全,權(quán)責不相應;領導作用沒有充分有效的發(fā)揮;市場意識不強,專業(yè)特色不夠突出;教師福利待遇仍較低,缺乏歸屬感、凝聚力和向心力;人際環(huán)境差等影響二級管理實施質(zhì)量的因素,找出共性因素——“人”,并運用現(xiàn)代管理學的理論和方法,圍繞著如何提高“人”的能動性,主要從明確院、系二級管理職責權(quán)限的劃分;提高教學質(zhì)量、打造專業(yè)特色;更新管理觀念、轉(zhuǎn)變管理方法、發(fā)揮領導作用等三方面提出解決對策,提高二級管理的實施質(zhì)量,最終實現(xiàn)辦學質(zhì)量和辦學效益明顯提高的質(zhì)量目標。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of economy, management plays a more and more important role. The level of running a higher vocational college depends to a great extent on its management level. In order to have a place in the fierce competition of vocational education and realize sustainable development in the rapidly developing vocational education, higher vocational colleges should have excellent teaching and scientific research. There should also be a sound management system and advanced management level. Nowadays, the management system of many higher vocational colleges can't keep up with the development of school scale, and even has a lot of negative effects. Therefore, in order to break through the bottleneck of scale development and connotation construction, many higher vocational colleges began to implement secondary management system. This article takes Guangxi AA Vocational and Technical College as an example, through its implementation of secondary management background, current situation, analysis of its secondary management reform in the management system is not perfect, power and responsibility is not corresponding, the leadership role has not been fully and effectively brought into play; The market consciousness is not strong, the specialty characteristic is not prominent enough, the teacher welfare treatment is still low, lack of sense of belonging, cohesion and centripetal force, the factors that influence the implementation quality of the secondary management, such as the poor interpersonal environment, find out the common factor-"people", And using the theory and method of modern management, around how to improve the initiative of "human", mainly from defining the division of the responsibility and authority of secondary management in the college and department, improving the teaching quality, creating professional characteristics, renewing the concept of management. In order to improve the implementation quality of secondary management, the quality goal of running a school and the efficiency of running a school can be achieved by changing the management method and giving play to the leading role in three aspects, such as solving the problem and improving the implementation quality of the secondary management.
