【摘要】：堅(jiān)持服務(wù)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)就業(yè)的辦學(xué)方向,秉承工學(xué)結(jié)合,踐行"校企雙主體"人才培養(yǎng)模式,通過推行"雙元運(yùn)行""互惠互贏""集群發(fā)展"推進(jìn)策略,廣東工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院探索并踐行了"適應(yīng)—追趕—跨越—帶動"內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展路徑,對薄弱高職院校內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的路徑選擇與模式構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了研究。
