中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:從國(guó)家對(duì)人才的需求、中等職業(yè)教育的目的和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,我國(guó)的中等職業(yè)教育需要關(guān)注創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)。本研究以多元智力理論、建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論為理論基礎(chǔ)分析中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀、影響因素,并提出相關(guān)建議。 當(dāng)前中等職業(yè)學(xué)校在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力上一方面是沒(méi)有形成有利的氛圍,另一方面使缺乏行之有效的具體措施,學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力還比較弱,對(duì)創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的意識(shí)也十分模糊,但學(xué)生仍然喜愛(ài)與培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新能力相關(guān)的教學(xué)方法和學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)方法,同時(shí)通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)校提出了一些培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新能力的希望,如:組織有創(chuàng)新意義的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),老師采用啟發(fā)式教學(xué)方式,學(xué)校多搭建平臺(tái)讓學(xué)生釋放創(chuàng)新靈感,營(yíng)造創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的校園氛圍等。影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的因素,主要包括三個(gè)方面:一是社會(huì)以及教育者在思想觀念上存在偏差;二是教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容陳舊、方法落后;三是學(xué)生自身缺乏創(chuàng)新意識(shí)。 為了促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的提高,可以從以下五個(gè)方面做出努力:學(xué)校轉(zhuǎn)變教育理念,注重創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng);教師改革教學(xué)方法,創(chuàng)設(shè)有利于創(chuàng)新思維形成的教學(xué)環(huán)境;引導(dǎo)學(xué)生形成創(chuàng)新意識(shí),提高創(chuàng)新能力;改革課程體系,從課程角度培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力;統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識(shí),,為創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)營(yíng)造良好的社會(huì)氛圍。
[Abstract]:According to the national demand for talents, the aim and development of secondary vocational education, China's secondary vocational education needs to pay attention to the cultivation of innovative ability. Based on the theory of multiple intelligence and constructivist learning, this study analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of students' innovative ability in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward some relevant suggestions. On the one hand, the secondary vocational schools have not formed a favorable atmosphere for cultivating students' innovative ability, on the other hand, they lack effective concrete measures, and the students' innovative ability is still relatively weak, and their awareness of cultivating innovative ability is also very vague. However, the students still like teaching methods and learning evaluation methods related to the cultivation of innovative ability. At the same time, through the questionnaire survey, the students put forward some hopes to cultivate the innovative ability of the school, such as organizing innovative practical activities. Teachers use heuristic teaching methods, schools build platforms for students to release innovative inspiration, create innovative ability of the campus atmosphere. The factors affecting the cultivation of students' creative ability in secondary vocational schools mainly include three aspects: first, there are deviations in the ideology of society and educators, second, the contents of education and teaching are outmoded and the methods are backward. Third, the students themselves lack the sense of innovation. In order to promote the improvement of students' innovative ability in secondary vocational schools, we can make efforts in the following five aspects: changing the educational concept of schools, paying attention to the cultivation of innovative abilities, and reforming the teaching methods of teachers, Create a teaching environment conducive to the formation of innovative thinking, guide students to form innovative consciousness, improve innovative ability, reform the curriculum system, train students' innovative ability from the perspective of curriculum, unify understanding, Create a good social atmosphere for the cultivation of innovation ability.
