大連市農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育在近年來(lái)成為人們關(guān)注的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)。其原因之一就是因?yàn)檗r(nóng)村職業(yè)教育在我國(guó)起步晚,發(fā)展卻很迅速,并且在近些年來(lái)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展給全社會(huì)所帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有目共睹。在帶來(lái)巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí),也解決了目前農(nóng)村地區(qū)越來(lái)越多的剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移,也正契合了我國(guó)目前提倡的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。對(duì)于新農(nóng)村的建設(shè),農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育更是從深層理念上理解了這一宏觀設(shè)想,并通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)村地區(qū)的人員進(jìn)行職業(yè)化的、因地制宜的培訓(xùn),來(lái)徹底改變農(nóng)村人口低素質(zhì)的局面。事實(shí)證明,農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育推動(dòng)了我國(guó)廣大農(nóng)村的快速發(fā)展,也解決了目前很多城鄉(xiāng)差距加大所帶來(lái)的矛盾。因此,筆者針對(duì)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的具體運(yùn)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行了深入研究和了解,同時(shí)也展開(kāi)了對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)教育理念和方式的研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)大連市具體的情況,分析了目前存在于大連市的各種類型的職業(yè)教育模式。 筆者在文中具體分析了國(guó)外一些成功的職業(yè)教育模式,典型的如德國(guó)的雙元制模式、加拿大的綠色證書(shū)教育模式、美國(guó)的社區(qū)學(xué)院模式等等,這些模式相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)非常成熟,因?yàn)橐呀?jīng)有了幾十年的發(fā)展。同時(shí),這些模式給國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展注入了新的力量,極大地推動(dòng)了國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛。所以,本文詳細(xì)分析了每種模式所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì),并且針對(duì)這些模式進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要點(diǎn)評(píng),其目的即是給我們提供了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。當(dāng)然了,,針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)的情況我們也沒(méi)有盲目套用,而是具體問(wèn)題具體分析。除此之外,筆者還研究了國(guó)內(nèi)的相關(guān)職業(yè)教育模式發(fā)展,各地區(qū)都已經(jīng)建立了一套適合自己的發(fā)展模式,并且在近些年的發(fā)展中逐步完善自己,雖然沒(méi)有國(guó)外模式那么成熟,但卻能做到因地制宜,給當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展也注入了活力。但不可否認(rèn),其中存在的許多問(wèn)題值得我們思考,在避免前車之鑒的同時(shí),國(guó)內(nèi)的因地制宜方面的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)同樣值得我們學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。面對(duì)紛繁復(fù)雜的各類教育模式,要探索屬于自己也適合自己的教育模式并非易事,那么筆者在研究了近年來(lái)大連市自己摸索的一些職業(yè)教育路子以后,具體分析其優(yōu)勢(shì)所在,也真正看到了它所存在的一些不足之處,其改進(jìn)還有待考慮。在參考眾多優(yōu)秀模式之后,筆者針對(duì)大連市目前的發(fā)展路子提出了一些自己的參考意見(jiàn),并對(duì)如何改革也發(fā)表了自己的拙見(jiàn),希望對(duì)未來(lái)大連市職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展能奉獻(xiàn)微薄之力,也希望未來(lái)大連市的職業(yè)教育真正成為推動(dòng)大連市經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛的動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:Rural vocational education has become a focus of attention in recent years. One of the reasons is that the rural vocational education started late in our country, but the development of rural vocational education is very rapid, and in recent years, the development of rural vocational education has brought economic benefits to the whole society. At the same time, it also solves more and more surplus labor transfer in rural areas, which is in line with the new rural construction advocated in our country. For the construction of the new countryside, the rural vocational education has understood this macroscopic idea from the deep idea, and through the professional training to the personnel of the rural area, according to the local conditions, to completely change the situation of the low quality of the rural population. It has been proved that rural vocational education has promoted the rapid development of rural areas and solved the contradictions brought by the widening gap between urban and rural areas. Therefore, the author has carried on the thorough research and the understanding to the rural vocational education development, as well as the domestic and foreign concrete operation mode, has also carried on the research to the domestic related education idea and the way, on this basis, In the light of the concrete situation of Dalian, this paper analyzes the various types of vocational education models in Dalian. The author analyzes some successful vocational education models in foreign countries, such as the dual system in Germany, the green certificate education in Canada, the community college in the United States, and so on. These models are relatively mature. Because there have been decades of development. At the same time, these models have injected new strength into the development of domestic economy and greatly promoted the domestic economy to take off. Therefore, this paper analyzes the advantages of each model in detail, and makes a brief comment on these models, the purpose of which is to provide us with rich experience. Of course, according to the domestic situation, we do not blindly apply, but specific problems specific analysis. In addition, the author has also studied the development of relevant vocational education models in China. Each region has established a set of development models suitable for itself, and has gradually improved itself in recent years, although not as mature as the foreign model. But can achieve local conditions, to the development of the local economy also injected vitality. However, it is undeniable that there are many problems worth our consideration, while avoiding the past, the domestic advanced experience in response to local conditions is also worthy of our study and reference. In the face of all kinds of complicated educational models, it is not easy to explore the educational model that belongs to oneself and suit for oneself. After studying some vocational education paths that Dalian City has groped for in recent years, the author analyzes its advantages in detail. Also saw that it has some shortcomings, its improvement has yet to be considered. After referring to many excellent models, the author puts forward some suggestions on the current development of Dalian, and gives his own views on how to reform. It is hoped that the future vocational education in Dalian will contribute to the development of vocational education in Dalian, and that vocational education in Dalian in the future will become the driving force to promote the economic development of Dalian.
