石家莊市高職院校學(xué)生素質(zhì)評價研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前社會,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展日益繁榮,而社會競爭愈發(fā)激烈。無論從宏觀角度還是微觀角度來看,所有的競爭都可以最終歸結(jié)為人才的競爭。從宏觀來看,不論國家的治理還是科技的發(fā)展都需要高素質(zhì)的人才;從微觀來看,大到一個企業(yè)的管理小到一個商業(yè)項目的運作,同樣需要高素質(zhì)的專業(yè)人才的參與。高質(zhì)量的人才是指一個人高質(zhì)量綜合素質(zhì)的全面展現(xiàn)。就當(dāng)前形勢來看全社會高素質(zhì)人才培養(yǎng)的主要集中在高等教育院校,如何全面、客觀、科學(xué)地評價高校學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)成為當(dāng)前各高等院校在具體開展素質(zhì)教育過程中所面臨的一個必要的問題就是如何公正、客觀、綜合的評價高等院校學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)。高職院校作為高等院等學(xué)校的一部分,同樣面臨這個嚴(yán)峻的問題。為此,本文建立了高職學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價模型,以期達(dá)到客觀有效地評價學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的目的。 首先對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了研究,并以此為分析基礎(chǔ),詳細(xì)解釋了學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)涵義及影響學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)水平的相關(guān)因素;再依據(jù)以上相關(guān)內(nèi)容,確定了學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價的評價原則,構(gòu)建了包含兩個模塊,六個因素,22個指標(biāo)的石家莊市高職學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價指標(biāo)體系。然后根據(jù)本文研究的目的、任務(wù)并在充分考慮評價對象的特殊性的前提下,,確定了評價的內(nèi)容、步驟,先是以調(diào)查問卷的方式獲得學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評價指標(biāo)體系的原始數(shù)據(jù),以此數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),然后運用專家評判法和層次分析法結(jié)合使用確定素質(zhì)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,再通過計算原始數(shù)據(jù),使用模糊綜合評價法對學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測評,進(jìn)而對高職學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)能力的整體狀況和各素質(zhì)模塊詳細(xì)狀況進(jìn)行了客觀、全面、詳細(xì)地分析,找出當(dāng)前石家莊市高職學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)存在的優(yōu)勢和不足以及存在的廣泛性問題,最后從增加個人品德修養(yǎng)、提高專業(yè)素質(zhì)和加強校內(nèi)外訓(xùn)練等三方面提出了相應(yīng)的對策,同時還從加強身心鍛煉、加強學(xué)生實踐能力培養(yǎng)、增加學(xué)生選修課的范圍、增加學(xué)校間交流的機會等四方面提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The current society, the economic development day by day prosperous, but the society competition is more intense. Whether from the macro or micro point of view, all the competition can be attributed to the competition of talent. From the macro point of view, no matter the governance of the country or the development of science and technology all need high-quality talents; from the micro point of view, from the management of a large enterprise to the operation of a commercial project, it also needs the participation of high-quality professionals. High-quality talent refers to a person with high-quality comprehensive quality of the overall display. As far as the current situation is concerned, the training of high quality talents in the whole society is mainly concentrated in higher education institutions. How can they be comprehensive and objective? Scientific evaluation of the comprehensive quality of college students has become a necessary problem in the process of carrying out quality education in colleges and universities. It is how to evaluate the comprehensive quality of students in colleges and universities in a fair, objective and comprehensive manner. Higher vocational colleges, as a part of colleges and other schools, also face this serious problem. Therefore, this paper establishes a comprehensive quality evaluation model for higher vocational students in order to achieve the objective and effective evaluation of students' comprehensive quality. First of all, the relevant theories of comprehensive quality evaluation of students at home and abroad are studied, and on the basis of this analysis, the meaning of comprehensive quality of students and the relevant factors affecting the level of comprehensive quality of students are explained in detail, and then based on the above relevant contents, The evaluation principle of students' comprehensive quality is determined, and the evaluation index system of Shijiazhuang vocational college students' comprehensive quality is constructed, which includes two modules, six factors and 22 indexes. Then, according to the purpose of this paper, the task and the premise of considering the particularity of the evaluation object, the content and steps of the evaluation are determined. First, the original data of the evaluation index system of students' comprehensive quality are obtained by the way of questionnaire. On the basis of the data, this paper uses expert evaluation method and AHP method to determine the weight of quality index, and then evaluates the comprehensive quality index of students by calculating the original data and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Furthermore, the overall situation of the comprehensive quality ability of higher vocational students and the detailed condition of each quality module are analyzed objectively, comprehensively and in detail. This paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive quality of students in Shijiazhuang City, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three aspects: increasing personal moral cultivation, improving professional quality and strengthening training in and out of school. At the same time, suggestions are put forward from four aspects, such as strengthening physical and mental exercise, strengthening the cultivation of students' practical ability, increasing the scope of students' elective courses and increasing the opportunities of communication between schools.
