高職教育內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管理要素的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:質(zhì)量管理是高職教育實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,其中高職質(zhì)量管理的內(nèi)部主體是"內(nèi)適性"質(zhì)量觀下的學(xué)校與"個(gè)適性"質(zhì)量觀下的個(gè)人。通過問卷調(diào)查、文獻(xiàn)分析、相關(guān)性分析,得出高職內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管理主要構(gòu)成要素有質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、專業(yè)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)、教學(xué)做一體、課程改革、彈性學(xué)制與柔性管理、師資能力、生產(chǎn)性實(shí)訓(xùn)、"雙證書"制度、質(zhì)量評價(jià)、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)等。基于相關(guān)性分析的高職教育內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管理的重點(diǎn)包括基于多元質(zhì)量觀制定質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、基于人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)構(gòu)建質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、基于質(zhì)量評價(jià)改進(jìn)管理過程等三個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:Quality management is the key to the implicative development of higher vocational education, in which the internal subject of quality management in higher vocational education is the school under the concept of "internality" and the individual under the view of "individual suitability". Through questionnaire investigation, literature analysis and correlation analysis, it is concluded that the main components of internal quality management in higher vocational education include quality objectives, professional curriculum standard construction, teaching as an integral whole, curriculum reform, flexible academic system and flexible management, and teachers' ability. Productive training, "double certificate" system, quality evaluation, professional training and so on. The emphasis of internal quality management in higher vocational education based on correlation analysis includes three aspects: making quality goal based on multiple quality view, constructing quality standard system based on talent training goal, and improving management process based on quality evaluation.
