我國中等職業(yè)院校護(hù)理教師能力要求的調(diào)查研究
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand deeply the evaluation and expectation of nursing education in secondary vocational colleges and universities by the nursing students, nursing teachers and leaders, and to provide the basis for the establishment of nursing teachers' ability standards and training programs in secondary vocational colleges and universities. [methods] A semi-structured interview was conducted in 60 secondary vocational schools and 26 employers in China. The data were analyzed and the model was established by using NVivo software. [results] Nursing teachers in secondary vocational colleges lacked scientific teaching methods and knowledge of educational psychology. There were some problems in nursing education in secondary vocational colleges, such as neglecting humanistic education, disjointing theory and clinic in teaching, etc. According to the model, the requirements and standards of qualified nursing teachers in secondary vocational colleges were established. [conclusion] in view of the demands and expectations of nursing students and employers on nursing teachers in secondary vocational colleges, it is suggested to establish nursing teachers' specialty in colleges and universities, attach importance to humanities courses, and standardize the training standards of teachers. To promote the scientific development of secondary vocational nursing education.
