【摘要】：[目的]深入了解中等職業(yè)院校護(hù)理學(xué)生、護(hù)理教師和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、用人單位對中等職業(yè)院校護(hù)理教育的評價和期待,為建立中等職業(yè)院校護(hù)理教師能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和培養(yǎng)方案提供依據(jù)。[方法]對全國60所中等職業(yè)院校護(hù)理學(xué)校和26家用人單位進(jìn)行半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談,利用Nvivo軟件進(jìn)行資料分析和模型建立。[結(jié)果]中等職業(yè)院校護(hù)理教師欠缺科學(xué)的教學(xué)方法和教育心理學(xué)知識,中等職業(yè)院校護(hù)理教育存在忽視人文教育、教學(xué)中理論和臨床脫節(jié)等問題,并根據(jù)模型建立合格中等職業(yè)院校護(hù)理教師要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。[結(jié)論]針對護(hù)理學(xué)生、用人單位對中等職業(yè)院校護(hù)理教師的要求和期待,建議在各院校建立護(hù)理師范專業(yè),重視人文課程,規(guī)范師資培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)護(hù)理教育科學(xué)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand deeply the evaluation and expectation of nursing education in secondary vocational colleges and universities by the nursing students, nursing teachers and leaders, and to provide the basis for the establishment of nursing teachers' ability standards and training programs in secondary vocational colleges and universities. [methods] A semi-structured interview was conducted in 60 secondary vocational schools and 26 employers in China. The data were analyzed and the model was established by using NVivo software. [results] Nursing teachers in secondary vocational colleges lacked scientific teaching methods and knowledge of educational psychology. There were some problems in nursing education in secondary vocational colleges, such as neglecting humanistic education, disjointing theory and clinic in teaching, etc. According to the model, the requirements and standards of qualified nursing teachers in secondary vocational colleges were established. [conclusion] in view of the demands and expectations of nursing students and employers on nursing teachers in secondary vocational colleges, it is suggested to establish nursing teachers' specialty in colleges and universities, attach importance to humanities courses, and standardize the training standards of teachers. To promote the scientific development of secondary vocational nursing education.
