【摘要】：我國(guó)高職教育技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)的供給結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)技術(shù)型人才的需求結(jié)構(gòu)不相適應(yīng),主要表現(xiàn)為技術(shù)型人才供需的專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、層次結(jié)構(gòu)、規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)不匹配,以及人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量不高、培養(yǎng)體系內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)不合理且與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求相脫節(jié)。本研究在剖析我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展所處的工業(yè)化中期階段及中等收入階段的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),以及經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行過程中存在的人口結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)及技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)等結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步闡明技術(shù)型人才的供需結(jié)構(gòu)與我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展契合的內(nèi)生性,并由此剖析了我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段技術(shù)型人才的供需結(jié)構(gòu)性偏差。從完善技能型人才培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、層次結(jié)構(gòu)及規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)等供給結(jié)構(gòu)、提升技術(shù)型人才的供給質(zhì)量和效益、建構(gòu)人才供給結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)社會(huì)需求結(jié)構(gòu)具有動(dòng)態(tài)適應(yīng)性的現(xiàn)代高職教育體系三方面,論述了如何推進(jìn)高職教育技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的對(duì)策思考。
[Abstract]:The supply structure of technical talents training in higher vocational education in our country is not suitable to the demand structure of technical talents for economic development. It mainly shows that the professional structure, hierarchy structure and scale structure of technical talents supply and demand are not matched. And the quality of talent training is not high, the internal structure of the training system is unreasonable and out of line with the demand of industrial development. This study analyzes the characteristics of the industrial structure in the middle stage of industrialization and the middle income stage of China's economic and social development, as well as the population structure and industrial structure in the course of economic operation. On the basis of the structural contradictions of consumption structure and technical structure, this paper further clarifies the endogenous nature of the supply and demand structure of technical talents and the economic and social development of our country, and analyzes the structural deviation of supply and demand of technical talents in China at present. In order to improve the supply quality and benefit of technical talents, we should improve the professional structure, hierarchy structure and scale structure of skilled personnel training. This paper discusses how to promote the supply-side structural reform of technical talents training in higher vocational education from the three aspects of constructing the modern higher vocational education system which has dynamic adaptability to the social demand structure.
