【摘要】：高職院校"產(chǎn)教融合"有兩層遞進(jìn)含義,第一層為制度上的合作,第二層為文化上的融合。專業(yè)文化是"產(chǎn)教融合"的深層次表現(xiàn)形式。高職院校在加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)教制度合作的同時(shí),不可忽略專業(yè)文化的建設(shè)。專業(yè)文化建設(shè)有助于促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量;促進(jìn)高職院校形成專業(yè)特色,提升專業(yè)軟實(shí)力;形成文化資本,提升學(xué)校整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。要通過(guò)更新專業(yè)理念、引入行業(yè)文化、開設(shè)專業(yè)文化課、提升課程和教學(xué)文化內(nèi)涵、精心設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)文化實(shí)踐,以"專業(yè)文化"建設(shè)為抓手,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)教深層次融合,立德樹人,培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的高技能應(yīng)用型人才。
[Abstract]:The integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges has two progressive meanings. The first level is the cooperation in system and the second level is the integration of culture. Professional culture is the deep-level manifestation of the integration of industry and education. Higher vocational colleges should not ignore the construction of professional culture while strengthening the cooperation of industry education system. The construction of professional culture helps to promote the all-round development of students and improve the quality of talent training; promote the formation of professional characteristics, enhance professional soft power; form cultural capital, enhance the overall competitiveness of the school. Through renewing professional idea, introducing industry culture, setting up specialized culture course, promoting the connotation of curriculum and teaching culture, carefully designing professional culture practice, taking the construction of "professional culture" as the starting point, realizing the deep integration of production and teaching, Cultivate highly skilled and applied talents with all-round development.
