改善高職院校農村籍畢業(yè)生就業(yè)狀況的對策建議——以蘇中地區(qū)為例

【摘要】:隨著我國高等教育進入大眾化教育階段,我國高校畢業(yè)生的人數不斷增加,就業(yè)形勢日益嚴峻,而作為占據江蘇省高等教育"半壁江山"的高職院校,特別是蘇中地區(qū)高職院校農村籍畢業(yè)生,其能否順利就業(yè)已引起了政府、學校、家庭和畢業(yè)生等各方的高度關注。筆者就改善高職院校農村籍畢業(yè)生就業(yè)狀況進行了深入的研究與分析,提出了幾點建議以供就業(yè)指導部門參考。
[Abstract]:As higher education in our country enters the stage of mass education, the number of college graduates in our country is increasing and the employment situation is becoming more and more serious. As a higher vocational college, which occupies half of the higher education in Jiangsu Province, Especially the rural graduates of vocational colleges in the central Jiangsu region, whether their employment can be smoothly or not has aroused great concern from the government, schools, families and graduates. The author makes a deep research and analysis on improving the employment situation of rural graduates in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some suggestions for the reference of employment guidance departments.
