【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育是我國職業(yè)教育的后起之秀,是職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢,是適應(yīng)我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對人才的多層次需要而必然產(chǎn)生的,也是我國高等教育的重要組成部分。 論文對當(dāng)前高職高專院校學(xué)生黨建工作進(jìn)行了概述,強調(diào)了高職高專院校學(xué)生黨建工作的重要意義、主要內(nèi)容,高職高專院校學(xué)生黨建工作面臨的新形勢和新挑戰(zhàn)。并以內(nèi)蒙古呼和浩特市高職園區(qū)的高職高專院校為例,對呼和浩特市高職園區(qū)各高職高專院校基層黨組織的基本構(gòu)成、學(xué)生黨員的基本狀況,特別是學(xué)生黨建工作中基層黨組織基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、學(xué)生黨員發(fā)展制度等方面所取得的成績進(jìn)行了分析。同時在分析了當(dāng)前高職高專院校學(xué)生黨建工作存在的問題后。認(rèn)為目前高職高專院校學(xué)生黨建工作存在的主要不足表現(xiàn)在學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作重心的偏差、學(xué)生黨支部的完善和學(xué)生黨員的個人培養(yǎng)、發(fā)展等三個方面,并就這些問題的成因進(jìn)行了思考。并就新時期如何加強和改進(jìn)高職高專院校學(xué)生黨建工作從高職高專院校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視程度、努力構(gòu)建完善的基層黨組織、重視入黨前期培養(yǎng),完善黨員繼續(xù)教育等三個方面進(jìn)行了對策思考。有針對性的對當(dāng)前高職高專院校學(xué)生黨建工作出現(xiàn)的問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決辦法。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is the rising star of vocational education in our country. It is the inevitable trend of the development of vocational education. It is necessary to meet the multi-level needs of talents in the economic development of our country. It is also an important part of higher education in our country. This paper summarizes the party building work of students in higher vocational colleges, emphasizes the significance and main content of the party building work of students in higher vocational and technical colleges, and points out the new situation and new challenges faced by the party building work of students in higher vocational and technical colleges. Taking the higher vocational colleges in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia as an example, the basic composition of the basic Party organizations and the basic status of student Party members in the vocational and technical colleges and universities of Hohhot City are discussed. In particular, the achievements of the basic construction of the Party organization and the system of the development of the student Party members are analyzed. At the same time, it analyzes the problems existing in the party building of students in higher vocational colleges. It is considered that the main deficiencies in the party building work of students in higher vocational and technical colleges are the deviation of the center of leadership, the perfection of the students' Party branch and the personal training and development of the student party members. The causes of these problems are also considered. In view of how to strengthen and improve the party building work of students in higher vocational and technical colleges in the new period, we should try our best to set up a perfect grass-roots party organization and pay attention to the early training of the Party in the early stage of joining the Party. Perfect the party member to continue to educate and so on 3 aspects to carry on the countermeasure ponder. This paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems in the party building of students in higher vocational colleges.
