【摘要】：高職院校培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程,需要從各方面共同加強(qiáng)研究,切實(shí)推進(jìn),以實(shí)現(xiàn)高職院辦學(xué)效益和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的全面提升。文章結(jié)合南京交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院道路橋梁工程技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)模式的改革實(shí)踐,根據(jù)路橋?qū)I(yè)的特點(diǎn),從課程體系、教學(xué)模式、綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)方案、頂崗生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了探討,旨在培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才,希望能為高職院校改革、培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才提供一些參考建議。
[Abstract]:It is a systematic project to train technical talents in higher vocational colleges. It is necessary to strengthen the research and promote it from all aspects in order to realize the overall improvement of the efficiency of running a school and the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. Based on the reform of the teaching mode of road and bridge engineering major in Nanjing Institute of Communications and Vocational Technology, according to the characteristics of road and bridge specialty, this paper introduces the course system, teaching mode and comprehensive training scheme. This paper discusses several aspects of production practice in order to train technical talents and hope to provide some reference suggestions for the reform of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of technical talents.
