【摘要】：正高職人才培養(yǎng)模式和課程體系建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新一直是高職教育教學(xué)改革的重點和難點,改革開放30多年來,隨著我國畜牧業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)已發(fā)生根本改變,主要體現(xiàn)在養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模化、設(shè)施設(shè)備機械化(自動化)、經(jīng)營管理現(xiàn)代化,同時對人才的需求也在發(fā)生改變。因此,傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)殖觀念和技術(shù)已不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)的發(fā)展,畜牧獸醫(yī)行業(yè)對應(yīng)用型人才提出了更高的要求,對既懂畜禽養(yǎng)殖技術(shù),又會畜禽疾病防控技術(shù),同時又懂現(xiàn)代畜牧企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的復(fù)
[Abstract]:The construction and innovation of personnel training mode and curriculum system in higher vocational education have been the key and difficult points in the reform and opening up of higher vocational education. With the rapid development of animal husbandry in China, the modern livestock and poultry breeding industry has undergone fundamental changes in the past 30 years of reform and opening up. It is mainly embodied in the scale of aquaculture, the mechanization (automation) of facilities and equipment, the modernization of management and management, and the change in the demand for talents. Therefore, the traditional breeding concept and technology can no longer adapt to the development of modern animal husbandry. The animal husbandry and veterinary industry has put forward higher requirements for applied talents, which can not only understand livestock and poultry breeding technology, but also can prevent and control livestock and poultry diseases.
