【摘要】：于高職酒店專業(yè)而言,凸顯專業(yè)特色、符合職業(yè)工作要求的第二課堂活動的開展非常重要,可極大提升學(xué)生的職業(yè)技能。根據(jù)高職酒店專業(yè)特點和行業(yè)要求,在分析高職酒店專業(yè)第二課堂活動開展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,從高職酒店專業(yè)第二課堂可采取的活動形式與應(yīng)配備的保障措施兩方面入手,提出優(yōu)化高職酒店專業(yè)第二課堂教學(xué)的具體措施。
[Abstract]:For the higher vocational hotel specialty, it is very important to develop the second classroom activities which highlight the specialty characteristics and meet the requirements of professional work, which can greatly enhance the students' vocational skills. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the second classroom activity of the hotel major in higher vocational colleges, according to the characteristics of hotel specialty and the requirements of the industry, Starting from the two aspects of the activity form and the safeguard measures to be taken in the second class of the hotel major in higher vocational colleges, the author puts forward the concrete measures to optimize the second classroom teaching of the hotel major in higher vocational education.
