高職學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)維度及策略探討——基于多元智能理論的視角

【摘要】:根據(jù)美國著名教育家霍華德·加德納的多元智能理論,采用因子分析的方法對中國當(dāng)代高職院校學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的問題進行了實證研究。以部分在寧高職院校教育工作者、已畢業(yè)工作的高職學(xué)生、相關(guān)行業(yè)及企業(yè)專家作為調(diào)研對象,通過設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷、開展實地調(diào)研及深度訪談等方式,獲取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),利用SPSS18.0軟件對調(diào)研樣本進行數(shù)理統(tǒng)計和因子分析,由此得出大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的五個測量維度,即邏輯思維、觀察分析、社交合作、文化審美和自我評價,進而提出適宜的策略和建議。
[Abstract]:According to Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, this paper makes an empirical study on the cultivation of comprehensive quality of students in contemporary higher vocational colleges in China by the method of factor analysis. In this paper, some educators in Ningxia higher vocational colleges, graduates of higher vocational colleges, and experts in related industries and enterprises are taken as the research objects. Through designing questionnaires, carrying out field research and in-depth interviews, the relevant data are obtained. Using SPSS 18.0 software to carry on the mathematical statistics and factor analysis to the investigation sample, thus obtains the university student comprehensive quality training five measurement dimensions, namely logical thinking, the observation analysis, the social cooperation, the culture esthetics and the self-evaluation. And then put forward appropriate strategies and suggestions.
