【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,越來越多的青少年走進(jìn)中職學(xué)校,但由于各種因素的影響,許多中職生的生命意識(shí)缺失。因此,中職學(xué)校要重視生命教育,這是中職生健康成長(zhǎng)的需要,也是社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要。諾貝爾曾說過:“生命,那是自然付給人類去雕琢的寶石!鄙鞘篱g最寶貴的東西。沒有了生命,就沒有了一切。但是,近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,社會(huì)育人環(huán)境發(fā)生了變化,受中職學(xué)!爸丶寄埽p人文”的辦學(xué)思想和學(xué)生的自我發(fā)展目標(biāo)定位偏差影響,我國(guó)中職學(xué)校青少年自殺、自殘、他殺事件層出不窮,不少中職生生命意識(shí)淡薄,輕視難得的生命,沒有高遠(yuǎn)的生命目標(biāo),不懂得生命尊貴莊嚴(yán)的意義,而我們的教育在解決這些問題時(shí)卻又有些力不從心。本文立足中職學(xué)校這個(gè)角度,通過系統(tǒng)分析中職生生命教育的現(xiàn)狀,找出生命教育缺失的原因,進(jìn)而提出對(duì)中職生實(shí)施生命教育的必要性。結(jié)合中職生的特點(diǎn),提出中職學(xué)校生命教育的內(nèi)容包括:認(rèn)識(shí)生命教育、尊重生命教育、熱愛生命教育、發(fā)展生命教育,并指出對(duì)中職生進(jìn)行生命教育的途徑,特別是在校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合的實(shí)踐中進(jìn)行了生命教育,以期對(duì)我國(guó)中職生生命教育的加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)提供有益的參考,,從而大力推進(jìn)我國(guó)對(duì)中職生的生命教育。 本研究指出: 中職生生命意識(shí)缺失除了因?yàn)橹新毶纳硇奶攸c(diǎn)外,還有中職學(xué)校教育的偏差、家庭教育的欠缺、社會(huì)風(fēng)氣的不良影響。中職學(xué)校要調(diào)整培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),完善對(duì)學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)體系,提高教師生命質(zhì)量,形成一個(gè)健康、樂觀的教師群體,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行認(rèn)識(shí)生命、尊重生命等內(nèi)容的教育。 借鑒美國(guó)、臺(tái)灣、香港等地生命教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)中職學(xué)校的實(shí)際情況,分別從政府、社會(huì)、企業(yè)、學(xué)校的層面提出了實(shí)施生命教育的可操作性措施和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of vocational education in our country, more and more teenagers enter secondary vocational schools. However, due to the influence of various factors, many secondary vocational students' life consciousness is lacking. Therefore, secondary vocational schools should attach importance to life education, which is the needs of the healthy growth of secondary vocational students, and also the needs of social development. Nobel once said: "Life, it is nature to man to cut the gem." Life is the most precious thing in the world. Without life, there would be nothing. However, in recent years, with the development of economy and the progress of society, the environment of social education has changed, which is influenced by the idea of "emphasizing skills rather than humanity" in secondary vocational schools and the orientation of students' self-development goals. Young people in secondary vocational schools commit suicide and self-harm. There are endless incidents of killing and killing. Many secondary vocational school students have a weak sense of life, despise rare life, have no lofty life goals, and do not understand the noble and solemn significance of life. But our education in solving these problems but also a little inadequate. Based on the perspective of secondary vocational schools, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of life education for secondary vocational students, finds out the reasons for the lack of life education, and then puts forward the necessity of carrying out life education for secondary vocational school students. According to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students, this paper points out that the contents of life education in secondary vocational schools include: recognizing life education, respecting life education, loving life education, developing life education, and pointing out the ways to carry out life education for secondary vocational school students. Especially in the practice of cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of work and study, life education is carried out in order to provide a useful reference for strengthening and improving the life education of secondary vocational school students in our country, so as to vigorously promote the life education of secondary vocational school students in our country. This study points out that the lack of life consciousness of secondary vocational school students is not only because of their physical and mental characteristics, but also because of the deviation of secondary vocational school education, the lack of family education and the negative influence of social atmosphere. The secondary vocational school should adjust the training goal, perfect the evaluation system of the students, improve the life quality of the teachers, form a healthy and optimistic group of teachers, and educate the students to know the life and respect the life. Based on the successful experience of life education in America, Taiwan and Hong Kong, combined with the actual situation of secondary vocational schools in China, the operational measures and suggestions for implementing life education are put forward from the levels of government, society, enterprises and schools respectively.
