【摘要】：為了讓職業(yè)教育能更快地調(diào)整以適應(yīng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化，我國(guó)近年來(lái)不斷對(duì)職業(yè)教育加大政策的扶植和資金的投入，這使得職業(yè)教育在面臨改革挑戰(zhàn)的同時(shí)又迎來(lái)了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。在機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的發(fā)展浪潮中，天津H職業(yè)中等專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)校的發(fā)展面臨著諸多問(wèn)題，實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理已經(jīng)成為進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的需要，因此，本文在借鑒戰(zhàn)略管理理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上，就H中等職業(yè)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)校的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行研究，制定出該校的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文運(yùn)用PEST分析法、五力模型分析法就H職業(yè)中等專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)校的外部環(huán)境加以分析，并依據(jù)相關(guān)因素做出外部因素評(píng)價(jià)矩陣（EFE）；在內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析中，根據(jù)相關(guān)因素做出內(nèi)部因素評(píng)價(jià)矩陣（IFE）；進(jìn)而通過(guò)SWOT矩陣分析找出戰(zhàn)略的備選方案，再利用QSPM方法對(duì)備選方案進(jìn)行定量選擇，從而制定出適合H職業(yè)中等專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)校的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，并提出保障措施。
[Abstract]:In order to adjust vocational education more quickly to adapt to the changes of industrial structure brought about by the economic development of our country, in recent years, our country has continuously increased the policy support and the investment of funds to vocational education. This makes vocational education in the face of reform challenges but also ushered in new opportunities for development. In the development tide of both opportunities and challenges, the development of Tianjin H vocational secondary vocational school is faced with many problems, the implementation of strategic management has become the need for further development, therefore, Based on the theory and method of strategic management, this paper studies the actual situation of H secondary vocational school, and formulates the development strategy of the school. In this paper, pest analysis method and five-force model analysis method are used to analyze the external environment of H vocational secondary vocational school, and the external factor evaluation matrix (EFE) is made according to the relevant factors. The internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE) is made according to the relevant factors, and then, through SWOT matrix analysis, the strategic alternatives are found out, and then the QSPM method is used to quantitatively select the alternative schemes, so as to work out a development strategy suitable for H vocational secondary vocational schools. And put forward safeguard measures.
