【摘要】：職業(yè)教育具有復雜性、開放性、整體性和自組織性等網(wǎng)絡組織的特征。企業(yè)在職業(yè)教育網(wǎng)絡治理中具有極為重要的地位和作用。企業(yè)通過關系嵌入、結構嵌入和認知嵌入等多元嵌入方式融入職業(yè)教育網(wǎng)絡組織,通過適應、信任、協(xié)調(diào)、維護等機制參與職業(yè)教育網(wǎng)絡治理。當前,要確立企業(yè)在治理中的主體地位、激發(fā)企業(yè)參與治理的積極性、提升企業(yè)善于治理的能力、關注企業(yè)在治理中的文化融合,進而有效推進職業(yè)教育網(wǎng)絡治理,提升職業(yè)教育的運行效率。
[Abstract]:Vocational education has the characteristics of complexity, openness, integrity and self-organization. Enterprises in vocational education network governance has an extremely important position and role. The enterprise integrates into the vocational education network organization through the multiple embedding ways such as relational embedding, structural embedding and cognitive embedding, and participates in the network governance of vocational education through the mechanism of adaptation, trust, coordination and maintenance. At present, it is necessary to establish the main position of enterprises in governance, stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in governance, enhance the ability of enterprises to be good at governance, pay attention to the cultural integration of enterprises in governance, and then effectively promote the network governance of vocational education. Improve the operational efficiency of vocational education.
