【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)時(shí)期,必須創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理體系,消解職業(yè)教育人才供給的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾和經(jīng)費(fèi)投入的績(jī)效性矛盾。首先,深化中央部門頂層合作機(jī)制改革,同步優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)和職業(yè)教育結(jié)構(gòu),強(qiáng)化政府宏觀治理能力;其次,深化國(guó)家收入分配制度改革,盡快完善職業(yè)教育制度、法律和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,解決職業(yè)教育深層矛盾;最后,提高財(cái)政投入的杠桿效應(yīng),推進(jìn)資源和要素有序流動(dòng),激發(fā)職業(yè)教育在國(guó)際債務(wù)和國(guó)際產(chǎn)能等合作方面的潛力,保障職業(yè)教育健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the new normal period of economy, we must innovate the management system of modern vocational education, resolve the structural contradiction of talent supply and the performance contradiction of investment in vocational education. First, to deepen the reform of the top-level cooperation mechanism of the central department, to simultaneously optimize the industrial and vocational education structure, and to strengthen the government's macro-governance ability; secondly, to deepen the reform of the national income distribution system and to improve the vocational education system as soon as possible. Finally, we should increase the leverage effect of financial investment, promote the orderly flow of resources and elements, and stimulate the potential of vocational education in international debt and international capacity cooperation. To ensure the healthy development of vocational education.
