【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育是我國高等教育和職業(yè)教育的重要組成部分,承擔著不同層次應用型人才培養(yǎng)的重任。然而,大部分高職院校簡單地將"應用型人才的培養(yǎng)"定義為單獨的"工具型人才的培養(yǎng)",只注重對學生專業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng),忽視其相關知識以及創(chuàng)新能力等的培養(yǎng),這不能適應社會對多樣化人才的需求。應用型專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng),必須立足于完善的創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)體系,培養(yǎng)融創(chuàng)新精神和實踐動手能力為一體的應用型創(chuàng)新人才。因此,文章從教師隊伍建設、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)目標、培養(yǎng)手段、培養(yǎng)平臺等四個方面探究高職教育中應用型創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)體系。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education and vocational education in China. However, most higher vocational colleges simply define "the cultivation of applied talents" as "the cultivation of instrumental talents". They only pay attention to the cultivation of students' professional skills and neglect the cultivation of their related knowledge and innovation ability. This does not meet the needs of society for diverse talent. The cultivation of applied professional talents must be based on the perfect training system of innovative talents, and cultivate applied innovative talents with the combination of innovative spirit and practical ability. Therefore, this paper probes into the training system of applied innovative talents in higher vocational education from four aspects: the construction of teachers' ranks, the training goal, the training means and the training platform.
