【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。黨的十八大以來(lái),黨中央明確提出的“一帶一路”、“城鎮(zhèn)化”、“發(fā)展軌道交通”、“棚戶區(qū)和農(nóng)村危房改造”等國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略都為建筑業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下提供了發(fā)展機(jī)遇。建筑業(yè)是廣東省十三五發(fā)展規(guī)劃中的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。但是,近年來(lái)廣東省建筑企業(yè)數(shù)量與經(jīng)濟(jì)地位極度不匹配,建筑施工專業(yè)技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)工作仍顯滯后。本研究以中職建筑施工專業(yè)課程開發(fā)為主題,采用文獻(xiàn)研究調(diào)研與訪談方法,對(duì)廣東省建筑業(yè)政府主管部門、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、知名企業(yè)、同類學(xué)校和畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行調(diào)研,分析目前各學(xué)校課程體系存在的問(wèn)題。以“施工員”崗位培養(yǎng)為例,通過(guò)分析職業(yè)工作過(guò)程、確定職業(yè)行動(dòng)領(lǐng)域、選擇行動(dòng)領(lǐng)域、轉(zhuǎn)換學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域、描述學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域、設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)習(xí)情境等步驟開發(fā)出該基于工作過(guò)程的中職建筑施工專業(yè)課程方案,并對(duì)課程方案實(shí)踐情況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。本方案強(qiáng)調(diào)以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的具體崗位綜合能力和素質(zhì)為指標(biāo),以崗位上實(shí)際工作任務(wù)為步驟,改變了原來(lái)學(xué)科式的課程編排模式,將學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)和內(nèi)容重新建構(gòu),確定學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域,設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)習(xí)情境。本課題以培養(yǎng)中職建筑施工專業(yè)施工員崗位工作技能和職業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展為目標(biāo),以建筑施工工作過(guò)程為導(dǎo)向,理論和實(shí)踐緊密結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)出與建筑行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)緊密相連、接地氣、可操作的新課程開發(fā)體系。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the national strategies such as "Belt and Road", "urbanization", "development of rail transit", "shantytown and reconstruction of dangerous houses in rural areas" and other national strategies put forward by the CPC Central Committee have provided opportunities for the development of the construction industry under the new normal state of the economy. Construction industry is the leading industry in the development plan of Guangdong Province. However, in recent years, the number of construction enterprises in Guangdong Province and economic status are extremely mismatched, and the training of technical and technical talents in construction is still lagging behind. Based on the subject of curriculum development of construction major in secondary vocational schools, this study investigated the government departments in charge of construction industry, trade associations, well-known enterprises, similar schools and graduates in Guangdong Province by using the method of literature research and interview. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the curriculum system of various schools at present. Taking the training of "constructor" as an example, through analyzing the process of professional work, determining the field of professional action, choosing the field of action, changing the field of study, describing the field of study, Design learning situation and other steps to develop the course based on the work process of secondary vocational construction program and evaluate the practical situation of the curriculum scheme. This program emphasizes on the training of students' comprehensive abilities and qualities in specific posts, taking the actual work tasks on the job as the steps, which has changed the original course arrangement model of the subject style, re-constructed the learning knowledge and content, and determined the learning field. Design learning situations. The aim of this project is to train the post working skills and the long-term development of the professional constructors of the secondary vocational construction major, to guide the construction work process, to combine the theory with the practice, and to design the construction industry closely linked and approachable. Operational new curriculum development system.
