校企合作視野下的高職思想政治教育創(chuàng)新

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)教育體制的不斷完善,高職教育作為一個(gè)新生的主力軍在我國(guó)高等教育中逐漸扮演起了舉足輕重的角色。全國(guó)各地方高校的規(guī)模都在日益擴(kuò)張,在校生人數(shù)也呈日益上升的趨勢(shì)。根據(jù)調(diào)查顯示,每年全國(guó)新增的51%技術(shù)工人中有都來(lái)自于各高職院校的畢業(yè)生。與此同時(shí),高職院校學(xué)生思想道德建設(shè)關(guān)系著我國(guó)工業(yè)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,同時(shí),思想道德素質(zhì)也是衡量學(xué)生個(gè)人素質(zhì)的一把重要標(biāo)尺,因此,強(qiáng)化對(duì)高等職業(yè)院校學(xué)生思想政治教育,通過(guò)分析進(jìn)行對(duì)策性研究變得刻不容緩。 高職院校與企業(yè)進(jìn)行合作,并采用訂單式培養(yǎng)成為時(shí)下全國(guó)各高職院校比較流行的人才培養(yǎng)模式,簡(jiǎn)稱校企合作培養(yǎng)。具體來(lái)說(shuō),通常指高職院校和招聘企業(yè)互相合作、利用院校的科研培養(yǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和企業(yè)的工作模式開(kāi)展訂單式培養(yǎng),聯(lián)合辦學(xué)。學(xué)生畢業(yè)后即可根據(jù)技能等級(jí)進(jìn)入企業(yè)進(jìn)行就業(yè)。在高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力不斷增大的今天,這種共同合作培養(yǎng)的模式無(wú)疑成為高職院校吸引生源的一項(xiàng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。隨著全國(guó)教育的不斷革新,校企合作的辦學(xué)模式將會(huì)在中國(guó)高等教育的進(jìn)程中得到不斷的推廣 校企合作培養(yǎng)模式下,隨著高職院校與企業(yè)的合作日益緊密,學(xué)校的管理模式也必將向企業(yè)化過(guò)渡。以往高校對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治的教育模式、方法和理念等都已經(jīng)不能滿足新時(shí)期下高職院校對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育的需求。學(xué)生的思想觀念隨著教育模式的改變而改變,因此提出一套適應(yīng)新時(shí)期下高職院校思想道德建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新模式勢(shì)在必行。也是高職思想政治教育中提出的一項(xiàng)重要課題。 本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用多種調(diào)研的方法,找出當(dāng)下高職思想政治教育中面臨的新問(wèn)題,即:“教育主體與客體發(fā)生新的變化,介體與環(huán)體出現(xiàn)了新的趨勢(shì)”。由于學(xué)校和企業(yè)環(huán)境、教育模式的多樣性使得新形勢(shì)下這些高職教育中問(wèn)題的凸顯,因此,研究一種基于新時(shí)期下高職思想政治教育手段具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 文中通過(guò)對(duì)高等教育中思想政治教育的研究,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外同等層次辦學(xué)模式下思想政治教育的分析,將現(xiàn)階段校企合作模式下擺在我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育中學(xué)生思想道德方面的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了闡述,并結(jié)合相關(guān)問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)的原因進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性分析,最終提出一種新形勢(shì)下高等職業(yè)教育中學(xué)生思想道德教育中的創(chuàng)新模式,為各高等職業(yè)院校在思想道德教育上提供了一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of our country's educational system, higher vocational education, as the main force of new students, has gradually played a pivotal role in our higher education. The scale of local colleges and universities is expanding day by day, and the number of students is on the rise. According to the survey, 51% of the country's new skilled workers each year come from graduates from higher vocational schools. At the same time, the ideological and moral construction of students in higher vocational colleges is related to the development of China's industrial society. At the same time, ideological and moral quality is also an important measure of students' personal quality. It is urgent to strengthen ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges and carry out strategic research through analysis. The cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises and the adoption of order-oriented training has become a popular talent training mode in all vocational colleges in China, which is referred to as cooperation between schools and enterprises. Specifically, it usually refers to the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and recruitment enterprises, and the use of the advantages of scientific research and training of colleges and universities and the work mode of enterprises to carry out order-oriented training, and to run a school jointly. After graduation, students can enter the enterprise according to skill level for employment. With the increasing employment pressure of college graduates, this mode of cooperative training has undoubtedly become an advantage of attracting students in higher vocational colleges. With the continuous innovation of national education, the mode of school-enterprise cooperation will be continuously promoted in the process of higher education in China, and the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is becoming closer and closer. The management mode of the school must also turn to enterprise. In the past, the educational models, methods and ideas of ideological and political education of students in colleges and universities can not meet the needs of students' ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new period. The students' ideas change with the change of the educational model, so it is imperative to put forward a set of innovative mode to adapt to the ideological and moral construction of higher vocational colleges in the new period. It is also an important subject in higher vocational ideological and political education. This paper finds out the new problems in the ideological and political education in higher vocational education by using various methods of investigation, that is, "new changes have taken place in the subject and object of education, and a new trend has appeared in the medium and the environment". Because of the environment of school and enterprise, the diversity of educational model makes the problems in higher vocational education prominent in the new situation, therefore, it is of great practical significance to study a method of ideological and political education in higher vocational education based on the new period. Through the study of ideological and political education in higher education and the analysis of ideological and political education at the same level at home and abroad, This paper expounds the ideological and moral problems of middle school students in higher vocational education of our country under the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises at the present stage, and analyzes the causes of the related problems. Finally, this paper puts forward an innovative mode in the ideological and moral education of students in higher vocational education under the new situation, which provides some references for the ideological and moral education in the higher vocational colleges and universities.
