【摘要】：我國(guó)高等職業(yè)院校與企業(yè)之間的合作是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)，關(guān)系到政府、學(xué)校、企業(yè)、社會(huì)組織等多個(gè)主體，有效運(yùn)行不僅和高等職業(yè)院校的實(shí)力有關(guān)，還與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、企業(yè)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境等方面密切相關(guān)。通過(guò)研究國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料，校企合作的有效運(yùn)行的條件是要有建立高等職業(yè)院校與企業(yè)合作相匹配的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。構(gòu)建高等職業(yè)院校與企業(yè)合作的機(jī)制具有重要理論意義與實(shí)踐意義。 建立和完善高等職業(yè)院校與企業(yè)合作機(jī)制是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的過(guò)程。而當(dāng)前我國(guó)正處在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期，高等職業(yè)院校與企業(yè)合作有很多問(wèn)題和不足，如政府對(duì)校企合作沒(méi)有必要的政策和資金支持；高職院校缺少必要的校企合作管理機(jī)構(gòu)；企業(yè)參與程度不高等等。文章通過(guò)研究德國(guó)、美國(guó)、澳大利亞在校企合作的措施，提出對(duì)我國(guó)可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；最后，，文章從高等職業(yè)院校與企業(yè)合作的主體出發(fā)，研究了校企合作機(jī)制的內(nèi)容，提出了完善我國(guó)高職院校校企合作激勵(lì)機(jī)制的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in China is a system, related to the government, schools, enterprises, social organizations and other main bodies, the effective operation is not only related to the strength of higher vocational colleges, but also to the social and economic development. Enterprise market environment and other aspects are closely related. Through the study of relevant information at home and abroad, the effective operation condition of the cooperation between school and enterprise is to establish a long-term mechanism to match the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct the mechanism of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. It is a long process to establish and perfect the cooperation mechanism between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. At present, our country is in the social transition period, there are many problems and deficiencies in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, such as the government does not have the necessary policy and financial support to the cooperation between the schools and enterprises, the higher vocational colleges lack the necessary management institutions of the cooperation between the schools and enterprises; The degree of enterprise participation is not high and so on. Through the study of the measures of cooperation among German, American and Australian universities and enterprises, the paper puts forward some experiences that can be used for reference in our country. Finally, from the main body of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, the paper studies the contents of the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the incentive mechanism of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges.
