包頭中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師課堂管理的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展,普通高等學(xué)校應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生人數(shù)日益激增,就業(yè)難問(wèn)題也日益凸顯。反而,社會(huì)對(duì)技能型人才的需求增高,中等職業(yè)教育日益成為社會(huì)的熱點(diǎn)。為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)報(bào)送合格的技能型人才的主要陣地是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的課堂教學(xué)。高效率高質(zhì)量的課堂教學(xué)以高水平的課堂管理為前提和保證。由于中等職業(yè)學(xué)校生源的特殊性,營(yíng)造一個(gè)和諧、有序、輕松的課堂氛圍卻相對(duì)難。對(duì)此國(guó)內(nèi)外許多專(zhuān)家學(xué)者和一線教師進(jìn)行了多年的研究。但是筆者通過(guò)這些年的教學(xué)實(shí)踐發(fā)現(xiàn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的課堂管理還存在著學(xué)生不想學(xué)教師不想教的問(wèn)題。 本文主要是站在前人研究的高臺(tái)上,運(yùn)用他們的理論成果結(jié)合自己的教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析包頭中等職業(yè)學(xué)校課堂管理的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及其造成原因,并提出具體有效的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。 論文共分五個(gè)部分: 第一章引論部分主要分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)本文選題背景、研究意義、研究方法和文中的一些概念加以說(shuō)明。 第二章從中等職業(yè)學(xué)校生源入手,結(jié)合自己在課堂教學(xué)當(dāng)中觀察到的情況分析了包頭中等職業(yè)課堂管理的現(xiàn)狀及面臨的問(wèn)題。 第三章從學(xué)生、教師、學(xué)校、社會(huì)等四個(gè)方面分析了造成如今包頭中等職業(yè)學(xué)校課堂管理現(xiàn)狀:師生互動(dòng)不協(xié)調(diào)、課堂氣氛浮躁、課堂紀(jì)律渙散、學(xué)生課堂問(wèn)題行為嚴(yán)重、教師職業(yè)倦怠的原因。 第四章針對(duì)包頭中等職業(yè)課堂管理的現(xiàn)狀及面臨的問(wèn)題,從教師要?jiǎng)?chuàng)設(shè)良好的課堂心理氣氛;提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,注重學(xué)生的反應(yīng);重視學(xué)生的個(gè)性發(fā)展,突出職業(yè)教育的特色;關(guān)注教師的生命質(zhì)量,激發(fā)教師的工作熱情等四個(gè)方面提出了解決對(duì)策。同時(shí)列舉了大量的實(shí)際教育教學(xué)案例加以簡(jiǎn)要分析。 第五章結(jié)論部分是對(duì)全文的歸納和總結(jié),指出了論文的不足之處,,提出了作者對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校課堂管理改善的希望。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education in China, the number of graduates in general higher schools is increasing, and the problem of employment is becoming increasingly prominent. Instead, the demand for skilled talents is increasing, and secondary vocational education has become a hot spot of society. The main position for the training of qualified skilled talents for the society is the class of secondary vocational schools. Classroom teaching with high efficiency and high quality is the premise and guarantee of high level classroom management. Because of the particularity of the source of secondary vocational school, it is relatively difficult to create a harmonious, orderly and relaxed classroom atmosphere. Many experts and teachers and teachers in the domestic and foreign countries have conducted many years of research. But the author has taught them through these years. Learning practice has found that there are still problems in classroom management of secondary vocational schools that students do not want to learn teachers.
This article is mainly on the high platform of the predecessors' research, using their theoretical results and combining their own educational and teaching experience to analyze the current situation of classroom management in secondary vocational schools in Baotou, the problems and the causes, and put forward specific and effective coping strategies.
The thesis is divided into five parts:
The first chapter introduces the research status at home and abroad, and explains the background, significance, research methods and some concepts in this paper.
The second chapter, starting with the source of secondary vocational school, analyzes the current situation and problems of the secondary vocational class management in Baotou, combining with the situation observed in the classroom teaching.
The third chapter analyzes the current situation of classroom management in secondary vocational schools in Baotou from four aspects, such as students, teachers, schools and society. The reasons for the lack of interaction between teachers and students, the impetuous classroom atmosphere, the laxity of classroom discipline, the serious behavior of the students in class and the job burnout of the teachers.
The fourth chapter, in view of the current situation and the problems facing the secondary vocational class management in Baotou, is proposed from four aspects: the teachers should create a good classroom psychological atmosphere, improve the teaching quality, pay attention to the students' response, pay attention to the students' personality development, highlight the characteristics of the vocational education, pay attention to the quality of teachers' life and arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers. It also gives a brief analysis of a large number of practical education and teaching cases.
The fifth chapter is the conclusion, which summarizes and summarizes the full text, points out the inadequacies of the paper, and puts forward the author's hope for improving the classroom management in secondary vocational schools.
