【摘要】：在我國(guó)教育體系中，職業(yè)教育是很重要的組成部分，“職業(yè)教育要面向人人、面向社會(huì)，著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)技能和就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)能力”。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生的思想狀況既有普通學(xué)生的共性，又有自己的鮮明特色。分析當(dāng)前中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育教育的現(xiàn)狀，分析其特點(diǎn)、規(guī)律和存在問(wèn)題，尋找解決的最佳途徑，是為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)合格的技術(shù)人才的迫切需要。 本文在繼承前人的基礎(chǔ)上開拓創(chuàng)新，，堅(jiān)持以理論為指導(dǎo)，以事實(shí)為根據(jù)，選取煙臺(tái)市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的德育教育為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)我市中等職業(yè)教育的德育工作現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入分析，并針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題系統(tǒng)闡述了解決之策。具體來(lái)講，本研究一共由四個(gè)部分組成：第一部分是前言，對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育教育的研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀了分析；第二部分是煙臺(tái)市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育現(xiàn)狀；第三部分是煙臺(tái)市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育的主要問(wèn)題；第四部分是煙臺(tái)市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育問(wèn)題的解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In China's education system, vocational education is an important component. "Vocational education should be oriented to all people, face to society, cultivate students' professional ethics, professional skills and employment and entrepreneurship". The ideological status of secondary vocational school students has both common students and their own distinctive features. The present situation of moral education in school is to analyze its characteristics, laws and problems, and to find the best way to solve it. It is the urgent need for the development of qualified technical talents for the development of the national economy and society.
On the basis of inheriting the predecessors' innovation, we adhere to the theory as the guidance, and take the facts as the basis, select the moral education of the secondary vocational school in Yantai as the research object, analyze the present situation and the existing problems of the moral education in the secondary vocational education in our city, and elaborate the solutions to the existing problems systematically. This study consists of four parts: the first part is the preface, the significance of the research on moral education in secondary vocational schools, the analysis of the present situation at home and abroad, the second part is the present situation of moral education in Yantai secondary vocational schools, the third part is the main problem of the moral education in Yantai secondary vocational schools; the fourth part is the middle school in Yantai. The solution to the problem of moral education in vocational schools.
