【摘要】：在政府對(duì)"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新"政策的引導(dǎo)和推動(dòng)下,我國(guó)高職院校積極開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育實(shí)踐,這些實(shí)踐行動(dòng)可以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)提質(zhì)增效、促進(jìn)企業(yè)供給側(cè)改革以及職業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提升,但是高職院校的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)還存在理念不先進(jìn)、定位不清晰、課程體系不健全、教學(xué)模式不適宜、師資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、教師教學(xué)能力不足、硬件設(shè)施不到位、支持系統(tǒng)缺乏等問(wèn)題。為此,以杭州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式為例,探討高職院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的理念轉(zhuǎn)型和模式重構(gòu)策略,為高職院校開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐提供思路。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance and promotion of the government's policy of "Mass Entrepreneurship, Mass Innovation", higher vocational colleges in our country actively carry out innovative entrepreneurial education practices, which can promote economic quality and increase efficiency. Promote the enterprise supply-side reform and improve the quality of talent training in vocational colleges, but the innovation and entrepreneurship of higher vocational colleges still exist the concept is not advanced, the positioning is not clear, the curriculum system is not perfect, the teaching model is not suitable, and the structure of teachers is not reasonable. Teachers' teaching ability is insufficient, hardware facilities are not in place, and support systems are lacking. Therefore, taking the innovation and entrepreneurship education model of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper probes into the transformation of ideas and reconstruction strategies of innovative entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, and provides ideas for carrying out innovative entrepreneurship practice in higher vocational colleges.
