共生理論視域下河南省職教園區(qū)建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:職教園區(qū)是中國(guó)職業(yè)教育抓住社會(huì)發(fā)展脈搏,結(jié)合自身特點(diǎn)與現(xiàn)狀的一種特殊的發(fā)展模式。無(wú)論是從職業(yè)教育自身規(guī)律來(lái)講,還是從社會(huì)發(fā)展特點(diǎn),職業(yè)教育都不可避免地要走向合作化,由單槍匹馬走向眾人劃槳。因此,近幾年我國(guó)職教園區(qū)建設(shè)如火如荼,然而如何抓住職教園區(qū)建設(shè)的精髓,發(fā)揮職教園區(qū)的核心職能,實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是理論領(lǐng)域和實(shí)踐層面急待解決的問(wèn)題。本文則立足于這一現(xiàn)狀,以共生理論為支撐,對(duì)河南省職教園區(qū)的建設(shè)進(jìn)行深入研究。 共生理論的核心功能就是從環(huán)境、單元、模式幾方面解決系統(tǒng)共生問(wèn)題,而目前河南省乃至全國(guó)職教園區(qū)建設(shè)的主要問(wèn)題就是缺少規(guī)劃性,兩者之間有著極大的關(guān)聯(lián)性,即引入共生理論,從職教園區(qū)的環(huán)境、入駐單位、運(yùn)作模式進(jìn)行分析,探討河南省職教園區(qū)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及策略。認(rèn)為目前河南省職教園區(qū)正處在點(diǎn)共生到偏利性間歇共生轉(zhuǎn)化的階段,并從職教園區(qū)環(huán)境、入駐單位、運(yùn)作模式進(jìn)行研究,提出相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃策略。 職教園區(qū)的共生環(huán)境應(yīng)從軟環(huán)境和硬環(huán)境兩個(gè)方面共同重視,并堅(jiān)持以“教育教學(xué)環(huán)境為切入點(diǎn)、以信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化為支撐點(diǎn)、以體制機(jī)制為貫穿點(diǎn)”;園區(qū)的共生單位應(yīng)在不同發(fā)展階段采取不同選擇方式,一般有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和非競(jìng)爭(zhēng)兩種,根據(jù)河南省實(shí)際,論文提出應(yīng)采用非競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式,且遵守成員單位間是否具有同質(zhì)性或者互補(bǔ)性、共生界面,,以及是否能在共生界面自主活動(dòng)的原則;園區(qū)的共生模式從機(jī)制、體制、制定協(xié)議和充實(shí)共生內(nèi)容幾個(gè)方面共同努力。 論文的內(nèi)容安排是: 第一部分介紹了論文的研究背景、思路、內(nèi)容、方法及創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分對(duì)“共生理論”和“職教園區(qū)”進(jìn)行了綜述。分析職教園區(qū)共生環(huán)境、共生單元和共生模式幾個(gè)要素,并且從社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值和教育價(jià)值等方面論證了共生理論對(duì)于職教園區(qū)建設(shè)及發(fā)展有著非常重要的支撐和指導(dǎo)意義。 第三部分:分別從職教園區(qū)共生環(huán)境、共生單元、共生模式三個(gè)角度,解析了共生理論視域下我國(guó)部分地區(qū)職教園區(qū)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)職教園區(qū)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)人員的訪(fǎng)談?dòng)涗浀荣Y料,對(duì)我國(guó)部分地區(qū)職教園區(qū)的相關(guān)情況進(jìn)行深入分析,介紹部分職教園區(qū)是如何落實(shí)其共生環(huán)境、共生單元、共生模式建設(shè)的。 第四部分分析了河南省職教園區(qū)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題。從職教園區(qū)共生環(huán)境、共生單元、共生模式三個(gè)角度,通過(guò)收集到的河南省職教園區(qū)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和訪(fǎng)談資料,分析河南省職教園區(qū)建設(shè)的基本現(xiàn)狀,得出河南省職教園區(qū)最大的問(wèn)題就是缺乏統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃。 第五部分結(jié)合河南省職教園區(qū)建設(shè)遇到的問(wèn)題,以共生理論為導(dǎo)引,探討了河南省職教園區(qū)建設(shè)的對(duì)策,為地方政府發(fā)展職教園區(qū)提出了建議,并且對(duì)職教園區(qū)領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)一步研究做出簡(jiǎn)單展望。
[Abstract]:Vocational Education Park is a special development mode in China's vocational education to seize the pulse of social development and combine its own characteristics and current situation. Whether it is from the law of vocational education, or from the characteristics of social development, vocational education is inevitable to be cooperative, from single shot to paddle. Therefore, China's Vocational Education in recent years The construction of the park is in full swing. However, how to grasp the essence of the construction of the Vocational Education Park, give full play to the core functions of the Vocational Education Park and realize the sustainable development of vocational education is an urgent problem to be solved in the theoretical and practical aspects. This article is based on this situation and supports the construction of the Vocational Education Park in Henan Province in depth. Study.
The core function of the symbiotic theory is to solve the problem of system symbiosis from the aspects of environment, unit and mode, and the main problem of the construction of the Vocational Education Park in Henan province and even the whole country is the lack of planning. There is a great relevance between the two, namely, the introduction of the symbiotic theory, the analysis of the environment, the unit and the operation mode of the Vocational Education Park. This paper discusses the current situation and strategy of the construction of Vocational Education Park in Henan province. It is believed that the Vocational Education Park in Henan is at the stage of the phase of the symbiosis to the intermittent intergrowth, and from the environment of the Vocational Education Park, the unit and the operation mode, the corresponding planning strategy is put forward.
The symbiotic environment of the Vocational Education Park should be attached to the two aspects of the soft environment and the hard environment, and adhere to the "education and teaching environment as the breakthrough point, the information and network as the supporting point, the system mechanism as the penetration point", and the symbiotic units in the park should adopt different selection methods at different stages of development, generally there are two kinds of competition and non competition. According to the reality of Henan, the paper proposes that non competitive methods should be adopted and the principle of whether the member units have homogeneity or complementarity, the symbiotic interface, and whether they can act independently in the symbiotic interface; the symbiotic mode of the park will work together in several aspects from the mechanism, the system, the formulation of the agreement and the content of the symbiotic symbiosis.
The contents of the paper are as follows:
The first part introduces the research background, ideas, contents, methods and innovations.
The second part summarizes the "symbiotic theory" and "Vocational Education Park". It analyzes the symbiotic environment, the symbiotic unit and the symbiotic mode of the Vocational Education Park, and demonstrates that the symbiotic theory has a very important support and guiding significance to the construction and development of the Vocational Education Park from the aspects of social and economic value and educational value.
The third part: from the three angles of the symbiotic environment, the symbiotic unit and the symbiotic mode of the Vocational Education Park, the present situation of the construction of the Vocational Education Park in some areas of China is analyzed, and the related information of the Vocational Education Park in some areas of China is deeply divided by the data of the survey data of the Vocational Education Park and the interview records of the related personnel. This paper introduces how some vocational education parks implement their symbiotic environment, symbiotic unit and symbiotic mode.
The fourth part analyses the status and problems of the construction of the Vocational Education Park in Henan province. From the three angles of the symbiotic environment, the symbiotic unit and the symbiotic mode of the Vocational Education Park, the basic status of the construction of the Vocational Education Park in Henan province is analyzed through the collected data and interview data of the Vocational Education Park in Henan Province, and the biggest problems of the Vocational Education Park in Henan province are obtained. There is a lack of overall planning.
The fifth part, based on the problems encountered in the construction of the Vocational Education Park in Henan Province, takes the symbiotic theory as the guide, probes into the Countermeasures of the construction of the Vocational Education Park in Henan Province, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the Vocational Education Park of the local government, and makes a simple prospect for the further research in the field of Vocational Education Park.
