高職醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力研究

【摘要】:學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力是由各種影響學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的因素產(chǎn)生的,是各種具有引起、推動(dòng)和維持學(xué)習(xí)主體進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的力量的有機(jī)融合。學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力問(wèn)題尤其是學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力不足不但會(huì)造成高職醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量、學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的降低,還會(huì)影響他們的身心健康發(fā)展,甚至最終會(huì)影響整個(gè)高等醫(yī)學(xué)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,影響培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)21世紀(jì)我國(guó)衛(wèi)生事業(yè)和醫(yī)學(xué)科技發(fā)展需要的高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型人才目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本研究以教育心理學(xué)為研究基礎(chǔ),采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、文獻(xiàn)研究等研究方法,了解高職醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)高職醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力問(wèn)題,尤其是動(dòng)力不足問(wèn)題及其影響根源進(jìn)行了深入的分析,并嘗試給出問(wèn)題解決的對(duì)策建議。 第一部分為引言部分,概述本文選題的緣由與意義,探討已有學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力相關(guān)研究,說(shuō)明本文研究思路方法,給出調(diào)查問(wèn)卷設(shè)計(jì)、樣本選取等情況。 第二部分為學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力涵義、組成及學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力的意義。 第三部分通過(guò)調(diào)查了解高職醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力現(xiàn)狀,從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭以及學(xué)生個(gè)體方面分析了高職醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力存在問(wèn)題的原因。 第四部分在第三部分原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,試著提出激發(fā)高職醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力的對(duì)策建議。即優(yōu)化社會(huì)環(huán)境,營(yíng)造良好社會(huì)氛圍以促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力;優(yōu)化校園育人環(huán)境,,建設(shè)和諧校園氛圍以調(diào)動(dòng)高職醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性;重視家庭教育,完善家庭支持系統(tǒng),激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:Learning motivation is produced by various factors that affect learning activities. It is an organic integration of various forces that cause, promote and maintain learning activities. The problem of learning motivation, especially the lack of learning motivation, will not only result in the decline of students' learning quality and academic achievement, but also affect their physical and mental health development, and even affect the development of higher medical vocational education as a whole. It affects the realization of the goal of cultivating high quality applied talents to meet the needs of the development of health care and medical science and technology in the 21st century. On the basis of educational psychology, the present situation of students' learning motivation in higher vocational medical colleges is understood by means of questionnaire survey and literature research. On this basis, the study motivation problems of students in higher vocational medical colleges are discussed. In particular, the problem of insufficient power and its causes are analyzed deeply, and the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem are given. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the reason and significance of this topic, discusses the existing research on learning motivation, explains the research methods, gives the questionnaire design, sample selection and so on. The second part is the meaning of learning motivation, composition and the significance of learning motivation. In the third part, by investigating the current situation of the students' learning motivation in higher vocational medical colleges, the author analyzes the reasons for the problems in the students' learning motivation from the aspects of society, school, family and students. In the fourth part, on the basis of the reason analysis of the third part, the author tries to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to stimulate the students' learning motivation in higher vocational medical colleges. That is, to optimize the social environment, to create a good social atmosphere to promote learning motivation; to optimize the campus education environment, to build a harmonious campus atmosphere to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students in higher vocational medical colleges; to attach importance to family education, improve the family support system, Stimulate learning motivation.
