【摘要】:職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度是提升職業(yè)院校教師“雙師”素質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵,是推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系構(gòu)建的重要組成部分。近年來(lái),在黨和政府系列政策、法規(guī)的指導(dǎo)下,職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度實(shí)現(xiàn)了重大進(jìn)展。但同時(shí),職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度問(wèn)題也逐步引起政府和社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。探究職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度運(yùn)行不暢的問(wèn)題及原因,提出職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度有效運(yùn)行對(duì)策對(duì)促進(jìn)職業(yè)學(xué)校教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展、提高教師專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)踐能力和教學(xué)水平具有重大意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。本研究在系統(tǒng)歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度運(yùn)行的現(xiàn)狀,確認(rèn)西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度體系較為完善,對(duì)于我國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展有很多借鑒之處。與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)相關(guān)研究起步晚,研究?jī)?nèi)容尚待豐富,研究成果尚待實(shí)踐,特別是有關(guān)職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度運(yùn)行的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的研究不夠深入,基于職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度有效運(yùn)行對(duì)策也亟待完善。在前人相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合訪談職業(yè)院校校企合作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和參與企業(yè)實(shí)踐專(zhuān)業(yè)教師所獲得的信息,本研究明確了職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度的制訂情況、執(zhí)行過(guò)程及效果、專(zhuān)業(yè)教師愿望、企業(yè)參與度等情況,分析并確定了職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度運(yùn)行準(zhǔn)備、組織、認(rèn)知和預(yù)期等要素。并以這些制度運(yùn)行要素為維度編制調(diào)查問(wèn)卷并實(shí)施調(diào)查,將收集到的有效數(shù)據(jù)輸入SPSS17.0軟件,進(jìn)一步明確制度運(yùn)行存在配套機(jī)制不完善、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和企業(yè)參與配合度不高、職業(yè)院校組織基礎(chǔ)薄弱和教師參與企業(yè)實(shí)踐認(rèn)知缺乏等問(wèn)題。進(jìn)而圍繞強(qiáng)化政府職能,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化職業(yè)院校教師企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度架構(gòu)、加快企業(yè)實(shí)踐制度法制化步伐;建立企業(yè)共贏機(jī)制、發(fā)揮行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)“引力效應(yīng)”;鼓勵(lì)職業(yè)院校加強(qiáng)管理發(fā)揮協(xié)調(diào)作用;教師在企業(yè)實(shí)踐前期準(zhǔn)備、中期融入、后期反思等四個(gè)方面提出了一系列具體的對(duì)策建議,不僅完善了職業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)制度,而且強(qiáng)化了“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The enterprise practice system of teachers in vocational colleges is the key to improve the quality of teachers in vocational colleges and universities, and is an important part of promoting the construction of modern vocational education system. In recent years, under the guidance of a series of policies and regulations of the Party and the government, great progress has been made in the practice of teacher enterprises in vocational colleges and universities. But at the same time, the practice system of teachers in vocational colleges and universities has gradually aroused the widespread concern of the government and society. This paper probes into the problems and causes of the poor running of the teachers' enterprise practice system in vocational colleges, and puts forward the countermeasures for the effective operation of the teacher's enterprise practice system in vocational colleges and universities to promote the professional development of teachers in vocational schools. It is of great significance and practical value to improve teachers' professional practical ability and teaching level. This study systematically summarizes the current situation of teacher enterprise practice system in vocational colleges and universities at home and abroad, and confirms that the teacher enterprise practice system of vocational colleges and universities in western developed countries is relatively perfect, which has many references for the development of vocational education in our country. Compared with the developed countries, the related research in our country starts late, the research content needs to be rich, the research results need to be put into practice, especially the research on the practical problems of the practice system of teachers' enterprises in vocational colleges and universities is not deep enough. The effective operation countermeasures based on the practice system of teachers' enterprises in vocational colleges and universities need to be consummated. On the basis of previous relevant research results, combined with the information obtained by interviewing the teachers of the vocational colleges and universities to lead and participate in the practice of enterprises, this study clarifies the establishment of the corporate practice system for teachers in vocational colleges and universities. The process and effect of execution, the desire of professional teachers, the degree of enterprise participation, etc., are analyzed and determined. The factors of preparation, organization, cognition and expectation of teachers' practice system in vocational colleges and universities are analyzed and determined. Taking these operating elements as the dimension, the questionnaire is compiled and the investigation is carried out, and the effective data collected are input into SPSS 17.0 software. It is further clear that there are imperfect supporting mechanisms in the system operation, and the degree of cooperation between industry associations and enterprises is not high. The organizational foundation of vocational colleges is weak and the teachers' lack of practical cognition. Then, by strengthening the functions of the government, further optimizing the institutional framework of teachers' enterprise practice in vocational colleges and universities, speeding up the legalization of the enterprise practice system, establishing a win-win mechanism for enterprises and giving play to the "gravitational effect" of trade associations; To encourage vocational colleges to strengthen management and play a coordinating role, teachers put forward a series of concrete countermeasures and suggestions in the four aspects of enterprise practice preparation, intermediate integration, and late reflection, which not only improved the training and training system of vocational education teachers, but also improved the training and training system of teachers in vocational education. Moreover, it strengthens the construction of "double-qualified" teachers.
