【摘要】：在高職院校中推進(jìn)校企"雙主體"育人模式,有利于培養(yǎng)社會急需的應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才,實現(xiàn)校企雙方優(yōu)勢互補;有利于緩解大學(xué)生就業(yè)壓力,促進(jìn)社會和諧;有利于整合校企資源,優(yōu)化資源配置。但是,目前在高職院校中實施校企"雙主體"育人面臨諸多困境,包括國家對校企合作的宏觀調(diào)控不夠、院校自身條件不足、企業(yè)參與校企合作的積極性不高。因此,應(yīng)該完善法律法規(guī),建立公共實訓(xùn)基地和"政校企"合作機(jī)構(gòu),健全相關(guān)制度,加強(qiáng)師資建設(shè)及校企合作宣傳,對參與企業(yè)給予優(yōu)惠政策。
[Abstract]:To promote the mode of "double subject" education in higher vocational colleges and universities is beneficial to cultivate the talents of applied technology that are badly needed in society, to realize the complementary advantages of both sides, to alleviate the pressure of employment of college students and to promote social harmony. It is advantageous to integrate the resources of school and enterprise and optimize the allocation of resources. However, at present, the implementation of "double subject" education in higher vocational colleges faces many difficulties, including insufficient macro-control by the state to the cooperation between schools and enterprises, insufficient conditions of colleges and universities, and low enthusiasm for enterprises to participate in the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Therefore, we should perfect the laws and regulations, set up the public practice training base and the cooperative organization of "political school and enterprise", perfect the related system, strengthen the construction of teachers and the propaganda of cooperation between school and enterprise, and give preferential policies to the participating enterprises.
