【摘要】：新加坡職業(yè)教育在其建國后得到了快速發(fā)展,成為許多國家效仿的成功范例。新加坡一直奉行精英主義治國理念并倡導(dǎo)精英教育,而職業(yè)教育的目標(biāo)和功能與這種精英主義和精英教育從某種意義上說存在悖論。然而,新加坡通過政策的不斷調(diào)整成功地平衡了這一悖論,并實現(xiàn)了超越,也留下了某些難以解決的問題。
[Abstract]:After the founding of Singapore, vocational education has developed rapidly and has become a successful example for many countries to emulate. Singapore has always pursued the idea of meritocracy and advocated elite education, and the goal and function of vocational education are paradoxical to this elitist and elitist education in a sense. However, Singapore succeeded in balancing this paradox through constant policy adjustments, transcending and leaving behind some intractable problems.
