【摘要】：文章在分析了高職院校因多元化生源給人才培養(yǎng)帶來諸多不利的基礎(chǔ)上,提出高職院校分類培養(yǎng)分層教學(xué)模式研究。首先分析了目前在多元化生源條件下人才培養(yǎng)存在的基本問題,指出高職院校分類培養(yǎng)與分層教學(xué)的必要性;在"掌握學(xué)習(xí)理論""最近發(fā)展區(qū)理論"以及"教學(xué)最優(yōu)理論"的指導(dǎo)下,針對高職人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,提出了分類培養(yǎng)、分層教學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式的基本內(nèi)容;最后提出為了保障高職院校分類培養(yǎng)分層教學(xué)模式的實(shí)施,必須加強(qiáng)體制機(jī)制、條件保障、評價(jià)體系的建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the disadvantages brought about by the diversity of students in higher vocational colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the research on the teaching mode of classified training in higher vocational colleges. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic problems existing in the talent training under the condition of diversified students, and points out the necessity of classified cultivation and stratified teaching in higher vocational colleges. Under the guidance of "mastering learning theory" and "the theory of proximal development area" and "teaching optimum theory", this paper puts forward the basic contents of classified cultivation and stratified teaching talents training mode in view of the present situation of talents cultivation in higher vocational education. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the classified and stratified teaching mode in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to strengthen the system mechanism, the condition guarantee, the construction of the evaluation system and so on.
